Introduction
With the continual development of science and technology in this time of the end, let all the people of God understand that the basic Law of the Kingdom of Heaven has its origin with GOD the FATHER as Owner of the Kingdom. Whereas JESUS, as Deputy of the OWNER of the Kingdom or the Parliament or Senate has His work to make the Common Law, which contains all the Rules of Implementation of the basic Law. Thus let it be understood that if the basic Law was made only once and for good and eternity, then the common Law of Jesus’ made should have been made periodically on and on according to the needy of the people, whose number is increasing from time to time up to the end of the history of this world.
Meanwhile let it also be known that if the Basic Law has its characteristic of exchangeability for good and eternity as well as the Lord God Himself is eternal and unchangeable for good and eternity, then the common Law in the Bible and in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, should have in need of changes periodically, either by adding to or by subtracting from all those available therein. And those depend upon the Lord Jesus Himself as Author of His own testimonies in those Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHCY, which have been developed up to this time of the end in books and brochures etc. “Blessed is he that readeth and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein for the time is at hand.” – Revelation 1 : 3.
This time we are to discuss together the fate of our people as Laodiceans of this time of the end, which due to the continual development of the Rules of Implementation of the Commandments of God as those prophesied in the Old Testament and their interpretations in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, has caused so many controversies among us even up to this very moment. The only way out, therefore, is to let us first know the spiritual condition of our Laodicean Church ever since the beginning of her founding in 1844.
SPIRITUAL CONDITION
OF THE LAODICEAN CHURCH EVER SINCE THE BEGINNING IN 1844
The servant of God Mrs. E. G. White as founder of the Laodicean Church had told us, that the Laodicean Church of SDA ever since the beginning had come out from the Philadelphian Church of the servant of God Bro. William Miller, her founder, to meet the parable of Jesus of the “five wise virgins.” Thus in their prime spiritual condition as the wise virgins ever since the beginning, they should have met the spiritual condition of the Church of God mentioned by the servant of the Lord here below :
“The Lord has a people, a chosen people, His Church, to be His own fortress, which He holds in a sin-stricken, revolted world; and He intended that no authority should be known in it, no laws are acknowledged by it, but His own.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 16.
“The Church of God below is one with the Church of God above. Believers on earth and the beings in heaven that never have fallen constitute one Church. Every heavenly intelligence is interested in the assemblies of the saints who on earth meet to worship God.“ – Testimonies, vol. 1, p. 366.
“The Lord has set His Church as a light in the world to guide the world to heaven. It is to be A PART OF HEAVEN ON EARTH, flashing divine light on the pathway of benighted souls.” – The faith I live by, p. 304.
“God has a Church upon the earth, who is His chosen people, who keep His commandments. He is leading, not stray offshoots, not one here and one there, but a people.” — Testimonies to Ministers, p. 61.
“Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own ?” – Counsels on Health, p. 43.

In 1863
Mrs. White and her followers established the Organization
of the angel of the Laodicean Church
If the Laodicean Church was established by her prophet Mrs. White in 1844, then the angel of the Laodicean Church of SDA was just born 19 years later by Mrs. White and her followers, which is the Laodicean Church of SDA itself.
At the beginning the spiritual condition of both the Laodicean Church and her angel of the Laodicean Church were the same. Even it was recorded ever since in the history of the Church that Bro. James White as husband of Mrs. White was ever chosen to be the President of the General Conference of SDA. Thus it is no more arguable that the spiritual condition of both the Church and the leadership mentioned by her above should have been justified. And that is the reason why she had ever said here below :
“I tell you, my brethren, the Lord has an organized body through whom He will work.” — Review and Herald, vol. 6, p. 515.
From the fact she mentioned above that the Church of God below is o n e with the Church of God above, to be God’s own fortress, which He holds in a sin-stricken, revolted world, then the fallen spiritual condition of our present Laodicean Church in this time of the end would unavoidably be the result of the fallen spiritual condition of the angel of the Laodicean Church itself. And not of the fallen spiritual condition of the Church of Laodicea. The Laodicean Church of God as His own fortress in this revolted world would never fall even up to the end of time.
We, therefore, have to conclude that “the Church” does not mean the same with “the angel of the Church.” The Church means the people of God, whereas the angel of the Church means the Organization of the leadership of the ministers, and all their assets of buildings of churches, and of schools and education institutions, and of Hospitals and so on.

The year 1888
Beginning of the fall of the Angel of the Laodicean Church in Minneapolis Conference, in Minnesota, USA.
As the result of the fall the servant of the Lord Mrs. White was then instructed to write to the Organization of the angel of the Laodicean Church in the USA through their official organ, The Review and Herald of February 25, 1902, A Call For A Spiritual Revival and Reformation. Some of the passages quoted here below are as follows :
“God brings against ministers and people the heavy charge of spiritual feebleness, saying, ‘I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of My mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked; I counsel thee to buy of Me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye-salve, that thou mayest see.’
“God calls for a spiritual revival and a spiritual reformation. Unless this takes place, those who are lukewarm will continue to grow more abhorrent to the Lord, until He will refuse to acknowledge them as His children.
“A revival and a reformation must take place under the ministration of the Holy Spirit. Revival and reformation are two different things. Revival signifies a renewal of spiritual life, a quickening of the powers of mind and heart, a resurrection from spiritual death. Reformation signifies reorganization, a change in ideas and theories, habits and practices. Reformation will not bring forth the good fruit of righteousness unless it is connected with the revival of the Spirit. Revival and reformation are to do their appointed work, and in doing this work they must blend.“ Review and Herald, February 25, 1902.
Up to 27 years later in 1929, the Call for a spiritual revival and reformation by the Lord through His simple servant Mrs. White was not as yet taken into consideration at the Headquarters of the General Conference of SDA. The Lord then sent to them His next servant, Bro. Victor T. Houteff with the message of the Shepherd’s Rod, through the book The Shepherd’s Rod vol. 1. The result is that the message was then opposed even up to now, and Bro. Houteff was then dismissed of his Church membership.
Then to meet the Call for a spiritual reformation Bro. Houteff and a number of his followers moved to Waco, Texas, to have the Organization of the General Conference of SDA re-organized there in 1935, by a new name : the General Association of Davidian SDA. Thus as well as at the beginning Mrs. White and her followers as the Church had ever founded the Organization of the General Conference in 1863, so was also Bro. Houteff and his followers should have accomplished the process of the re-organization of the General Conference of SDA in 1935. And then ever since we should have been very sure, that the Organization of the angel of the Laodicean Church should have been spewed out of Jesus’ mouth to meet the fulfillment of the prophecy of Revelation 3 : 16. It is impossible for the Lord to be represented by two Organizations who were opposing each other. And so the f a t e of the Organization of the General Conference of SDA and all its ministers should have been finished only up to 1935, because they have been implicated in the sin against the Holy Spirit, which is the unpardonable sin either here now nor in the world to come. To be spewed out means no more to be taken back.

The fate of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, which is the re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA ever since 1935 ?
With the establishment of the re-organized body of the angel of the Laodicean Church in Waco, Texas, USA, in 1935, then began the message of the Call for a spiritual Revival and Reformation as the message of the Eleventh-Hour Call to be addressed specifically to all the laymen in the Laodicean Church. The message, which is actually the Shepherd’s Rod message by itself, is no more of any use to be presented to the angel of the Laodicean Church, because they have been spewed out of Jesus’ mouth. And they also could not be categorized as laymen, who are jobless in the market place of the Laodicean Church.
The problem now is how long the Organization of the re-organized body of the angel of the Laodicean Church in Waco, Texas, could be permitted by the Lord to carry-out the work after the death of His servant Bro. Victor T. Houteff in 1955 ? Do you think the following statement by Mrs. White here below :
“I tell you, my brethren, the Lord has an organized body through whom He will work.” — Review and Herald, vol. 6, p. 515. …… is still valid to sustain the presence of the Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas, up to the time the 144.000 elected saints of God are to be sealed in the future ?
Or shall we again stick to Mrs. White statement when she said : “The Lord has declared that the history of the past shall be rehearsed as we enter upon the closing work. Every truth that He has given for these last days is to be proclaimed to the world. Every pillar that He has established is to be strengthened. We cannot now enter into any new organization ; for this would mean apostasy from the truth.” – Manuscript 129, 1905; Selected Messages, Book 2, p. 390. ……. ?
Let our Present Truth Believers trace back carefully through the message from the time the servant of the Lord died in 1955 up to where we are now, even up to the time of how shall we be delivered in the future.
There are actually available within our reach several statements from the servant of the Lord Bro. Houteff that could help us to find solutions for this problem. Since only one history that should be traced back to fore to find the solutions, let the true seeker of truth find the way out through this time article of mine. And so permit me to direct your attention again to the prophecy of Zechariah chapter 13. Since this prophecy must unavoidably meet its fulfillment in this time of the end, let us, therefore, carefully trace the history of its fulfillment here below :
“And one shall say unto him, what are these wounds in thine hands ? Then he shall answer, those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends. “Awake, O sword against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts : smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered : and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones.” — Zechariah 13 : 6, 7.
This prophecy was first fulfilled with the Lord Jesus Himself personally at His first advent in the Palestine. However, since all the prophecies of the Old Testament applied mainly for the time of the end, then the prophecy of Zechariah 13 : 6, 7 must unavoidably meet again its antitypical event in our time with Bro. Houteff and all his followers in this time of the end. Thus, after the death of Bro. Houteff, and after all the assets of Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas were sold, then all the branches or the associations of Davidian SDA in all Davidian in the world will be scattered. And the Lord would no more let them to be re-united, because in their such condition the Lord Himself will turn His hand upon the little ones, to have them guided themselves up to their deliverance in the future. Thus is fulfilled the following statement by Bro. Houteff himself when he said :
“………….. we must therefore, as t e a c h e r s ( not prophet ) of the Shepherd’s Rod (the official publications of the Davidian SDA Association), teach only in the light of the Rod those passages which in one way or another need to be interpreted. THUS ONLY WILL ALL PRESENT TRUTH BELIEVERS EVER BECOME OF THE SAME MIND, SEEING EYE TO EYE AND SPEAKING THE SAME THINGS. (1 Corinthian 1 : 10, 1 Peter 3 : 8; Isaiah 52 : 8)” – Fundamental Beliefs of the Davidian SDA, p. 27 (in brackets added).
Houteff is a prophet, not a teacher, that his statement above should unavoidably meet its fulfillment after his death in 1955. Thus after the year 1955 the Lord God would no more care of His Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas, USA. He would have instead lifted up His hand upon the little ones, who are the associations of Davidian SDA who survived His servant’s death in 1955 even up to this day. The Lord God would have taken care of those associations right under His direction. That out from among them will come the divinely appointed teachers of the Rod, who are to teach in the light of the Rod those passages which in one way or another need to be interpreted further for us. Only thus, said Bro. Houteff, will all Present Truth believers ever be made to see eye to eye, to have the same mind, and to speak the same things.
Due to the fact that the Present Truth Believers of Davidian SDA have been infiltrated with the wise virgins of those having guile in their mouths or those “chaff” categorized Davidians, then the success of the divinely appointed teachers of the Rod to have us united as mentioned above, would have by itself sifted out the wise virgins with guile in their mouths or the chaff categorized Davidians from our ranks and file. Thus will be fulfilled the word of God through His servant Mrs. White when she said :
God will arouse His people; if other means fail, heresies will come in among them, which will s i f t them, separating the c h a f f (not tares) from the w h e a t. The Lord calls upon all who believe His word to awake out of sleep. Precious light has come, appropriate for this time. It is Bible truth, showing the perils that are right upon us. This light should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a most critical examination of the positions which we hold.” – 5 Testimonies for the Church, pp. 707 – 708. (In brackets added)
Attention ! The above statement by Mrs. White would have been fulfilled in our time after those wise virgins with guile in their mouths or those chaff categorized Davidian SDA found shelter in our midst.
The success of the divinely appointed teachers of the Rod to make us “SEE EYE TO EYE, TO HAVE THE SAME MIND, AND TO SPEAK THE SAME THINGS” in the future would be the main objective of the last goal to reach by the message of the Rod, b e f o r e the sealing of the appointed servants of God to take place. It is, therefore, unavoidably to conclude that all the teachings provided us by the teachers of the Rod would be none other than THE PRECIOUS LIGHT APPROPRIATE FOR THIS TIME mentioned by Mrs. White. And only this, which is now bit by bit to sift out the chaff categorized Davidians or the wise virgins with guile in their mouths from our midst.

The result is that no more distinction could be seen between the fate of the re-organized body of the Organization of the angel of the Laodicean Church in Waco, Texas, after the death of Bro. Houteff in 1955, and the spewed out angel of the Laodicean Church. The Lord God would no more bless them to represent Him to carry out the message of the Eleventh-Hour Call to the laymen in the Laodicean Church of SDA. That is the reason why that after Mrs. Houteff as vice-President to succeed her husband to proclaim to the public that the Shepherd’s Rod message is no more healthy. Then was finished their job to proclaim the message of the Eleventh-hour Call entrusted to them by the Lord as Householder. The Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas, was then liquidated and sold to the Presbyterian Church, to be under their power for about 30 years up to 1991.
And then, though most of the assets of the Old Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas, have been recovered by them, who are now dominating the Waco, Texas, Headquarters since 1991, according to the entire story above the Lord would no more let His divinely appointed teachers of the Shepherd’s Rod to come out of them. You know why ? Because long beforehand the Lord has promised us through the prophetic words of Zechariah the prophet, that when His servant Victor T. Houteff died He would have turned His hand upon the little ones of those Associations of Davidian SDA who are now scattered after the death of their shepherd.
The Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY

could be changeable
The servant of the Lord Mrs. White ever said :
(1). “I tell you, my brethren, the Lord has an organized body through whom He will work.” — Review and Herald, vol. 6, p. 515.
(2). “The Lord has declared that the history of the past shall be rehearsed as we enter upon the closing work. Every truth that He has given for these last days is to be proclaimed to the world. Every pillar that He has established is to be strengthened. We cannot now enter into any new organization ; for this would mean apostasy from the truth.” – Manuscript 129, 1905; Selected Messages, Book 2, p. 390.
(3). “God has a church upon the earth who are His chosen people, who keep His commandments. He is leading, not stray off shoots, not one here and one there, but a people.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 61.
But how is the fact now ?
From the journey of all God people along the history of the world, even along our own history of the Laodicean Church ever since the beginning in 1844 up to this very moment, the spiritual condition of the Church of God is changeable from time to time. So for us to get the above statements by Mrs. White applied in our practical religion would be also not so easy. However, we must not hesitate to go back to the Bible and to find all the answers in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. Because the Bible has been interpreted wholly into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. Read Zechariah chapter 4. The Law of God was first interpreted into the Bible up to the time of John the Revelator in the year 96. And then in the time of the end beginning in the 18 century the whole Bible again began to be interpreted into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. So is fulfilled the word of Moses when he said :
“The secret things belong unto the LORD our GOD : but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children forever, that we may do all the words of this law.” – Deuteronomy 29 : 29.
The things revealed in the Bible and all their interpretations in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY in this time of the end, belong to us and to our children forever, thus said Moses the prophet, that we may obey the Law of the Kingdom. To this the servant of the Lord Mrs. White said :
“The Bible with its precious gems of truth was not written for the scholar alone. On the contrary, it was designated for the common people; and the interpretation given by the common people, when aided by the Holy Spirit, accords best with the truth as it is in Jesus. The great truths necessary for salvation are made clear as the noon day, and none will mistake and lose their way except those who follow their own judgment instead of the plainly revealed will of God.” — Testimonies, Vol. 5, p. 331.
Since the Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY are changeable, while The SPIRIT OF PROPHECY as product of interpretation of the Bible to be the rules of implementation of the basic Law of the Ten Commandments, continue to direct us to the right implementation of the Law without fault, let us therefore, intelligently make use of the product of the very last interpretation of the same matter to avoid any misinterpretation. No more to think that for us to be sealed into the 144.000 elected saints in the future; we must prioritize the teachings of Jesus during His mission in the Palestine, nor to prioritize the teachings of Apostle Paul in the past. Nor to prioritize the teachings of the so-called SDA pioneers during their lifetimes in the past. Because all those of the past have their truths enough to sustain them to see Jesus at His second coming in the air. Whereas the truth we need now must be enough to sustain us to stand up to the coming kingdom in the Palestine.
C o n c l u d e d
For the time has come now for us to see eye to eye, to be of the same mind, and to speak the same things, let the statement by apostle John the Revelator be seriously taken into consideration. The apostle said :
“Blessed is he (single) that r e a d e t h (the Bible and the books of the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY), and t h e y (plural) that hear (to the divinely appointed teachers of the Rod) the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein : for the time is at hand.” – Revelation 1 : 3. ( In brackets added ).
Due to the fact that the authors of the Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY have all died. And since only the divinely appointed teachers of the Rod are now alive, then their teachings on the passages of the Rod would be the only PRECIOUS LIGHT APPROPRIATE FOR THIS TIME. So when their teachings, therefore, could have successfully brought us into unity, to see eye to eye, to have the same mind, and to speak the same things, this would unavoidably mean that those false Davidians SDA of chaff categorized ones or the wise virgins with guile in their mouths would have been by themselves sifted out from our midst.
And then the number of all Present Truth believers in all Davidian on earth would have been made up, namely 144.000 in number. They would then be given the seal put upon their foreheads, which is the mark of deliverance from the coming doom : first from their own Jacob trouble to come from their own fellow believers of the Esauite Laodiceans of SDA, and then from the slaughter weapons to come when the prophecies of Ezekiel 9, and Isaiah 66 : 16 – 19 shall be fulfilled.
