To Spotlight the application of the Constitution and the Bylaws of Davidian SDA to establish Mount Carmel Centers of Davidian SDA in USA.

Introduction

We all know for sure that the Shepherd’s Rod message contains the Rules of Implementation of the message of “the Call for a spiritual revival and a spiritual reformation” by Mrs. White in the SDA General Conference official organ of the Review and Herald of February 25, 1902. In that Call Mrs. White has ever said :

“God calls for a spiritual revival and a spiritual reformation. Unless this takes place, those who are lukewarm will continue to grow more abhorrent to the Lord, until He will refuse to acknowledge them as His children.

“A revival and a reformation must take place under the ministration of the Holy Spirit. Revival and reformation are two different things. Revival signifies a renewal of spiritual life, a quickening of the powers of mind and heart, a resurrection from spiritual death. Reformation signifies reorganization, a change in ideas and theories, habits and practices. Reformation will not bring forth the good fruit of righteousness unless it is connected with the revival of the Spirit. Revival and reformation are to do their appointed work, and in doing this work they must blend.“ — Review and Herald, February 25, 1902.

Since r e f o r m a t i o n means r e – o r g a n i z a t i o n, then the General Conference of SDA is the only Organization meant by Mrs. White that must be re-organized. That is the reason why, that as well as Mrs. White and her followers had ever established the Organization of the angel of Laodicea in 1863, and then all of them became the Laodicean Church of SDA ever since the beginning, so was Bro. Houteff as the servant of the Lord and all his followers, had ever re-organized the General Conference of SDA into the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, and then all of them became the Laodicean Church of Davidian SDA up to this time, and even up to the establishment of the Davidic Kingdom in the future in Palestine. And then a new name would be presented to them, who are the 144.000 elected saints of the Davidian SDA in the future, and they are to stand on this earth with a new name which is to come out from God’s own mouth. Thus was it ever prophesied by prophet Isaiah in the following words :

“For Zion’s sake will I not hold my peace, and for Jerusalem’s sake I will not rest until the righteousness thereof go forth as brightness, and the salvation thereof as a lamp that burneth. And the Gentiles shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory : and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of the Lord shall name.” – Isaiah 62 : 1, 2.

Thus from the Laodicean Church of Seventh Day Adventists the name was first changed to be the Laodicean Church of Davidian SDA, and then the last to be changed unto the Laodicean Church of a new name, which the mouth of the Lord Himself shall name.

Of How the servant of the Lord,
Bro. Houteff has re-organized the General Conference
of Seventh day Adventists

Long before Mrs. White had ever told us as follows :

“Revival and reformation are to do their appointed work, and in doing this work they must blend. ……………….“ — Review and Herald, February 25, 1902.

It means that the rules of implementation of the “Revival and Reformation” should have unavoidably been provided beforehand. Reformation which is to re-organize the General Conference of SDA should be inevitably in accord with the rules of implementation in the Constitution and the By-laws of the Leviticus of Davidian SDA. To that end that Bro. Houteff had ever beforehand provided the Constitution and the Bylaws of Davidian SDA in his booklet, THE LEVITICUS OF DAVIDIAN SDA.

In his words of introduction to the Leviticus of Davidian SDA Bro. Houteff said :

“Provisional in set-up as well as in name, the Davidian Seventh-day Adventist Association exists solely to accomplish a divinely appointed work within the Seventh-day Adventist denomination, wherein it therefore strictly confines its activities. As its work there within draws to a close, and the “servants of our God” (Rev. 7 : 3) are sealed, its name will be changed (Isa. 56 : 5; 62 : 2; 65 : 15 ) and its purpose and its work will become all-embracing to the gospel (Matt. 17 : 11; Acts 3 : 21; Isa. 61 : 4 – 7). Then its Constitution and the By-laws as herein codified will become fully operative.” — The Leviticus of the Davidian SDA.

Organization of the General Association of Davidian SDA established by the servant of the Lord, Bro. Victor T. Houteff in Waco, Texas, USA in 1935, has not as yet applied fully to all the rules of implementation of the Constitution and the Bylaws of Davidian SDA. Therefore, the Constitution and the By-laws were not as yet fully operative, thus said Bro. Houteff. They will become fully operative in the future kingdom in Palestine, when the permanent Organization has been established and after the new name having been presented to them there.

The Constitution and the By-laws of
Davidian SDA have been complete and permanent
For ever more

From his statement that “Then its Constitution and the By-laws as herein codified will become fully operative” (in the future kingdom), could it be clearly understood that the Constitution and the By-laws created by Bro. Houteff in the booklet “The Leviticus of Davidian SDA.” would be fully complete and permanent forever. No more need of a change in the future. Only the name that should be changed to a new one in the future.

Therefore, since all citizens of the future kingdom no more to be implicated in sin, there would be no more death to be found there. Just there will be fulfilled the words of Jesus as those mentioned below :

“To him (singular) that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in His throne.” — Revelation 3 : 21.

That means, although all those who overcometh in the future will be 144.000 in number, there would be o n l y o n e to be chosen by the Lord Jesus to sit in his throne as king of the kingdom. And according to the CONSTITUTION and the BY-LAWS of DAVIDIAN SDA that would apply at the establishment of the coming kingdom in Palestine, there would be only o n e to be called by the Lord Jesus to be our PRESIDENT of that kingdom. Read THE LEVITICUS OF DAVIDIAN SDA , pp. 5 – 6, Article IV, Section 1 (a), (b), (c); Article 2, and Article 3.

All other officers of the kingdom, such as VICE PRESIDENT, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and all others will be chosen by the PRESIDENT and then to be approved by the Lord Himself.

In regard to the function of VICE PRESIDENT as those outlined in Article IV, Section 3 we read : “The VICE PRESIDENT shall, in accordance with the example recorded in Exodus 7 : 1, 2 a s s i s t the PRESIDENT in administering the affairs of the association.

Since the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA do no more know of “d e a t h” as the result of sin against the Law of God, then in the coming kingdom the PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT would have lived for ever and ever. That means, that as long as the PRESIDENT and the VICE PRESIDENT live, both of them will always be working together, according to their job respectively. And when the PRESIDENT is absent, the VICE PRESIDENT would be not any more needed.

So according to those stipulated in the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA, the VICE PRESIDENT could never be alone and to be independent. Because VICE PRESIDENT could never succeed the PRESIDENT as long as the PRESIDENT lives. No more death will be known in the coming kingdom in Palestine. This is the reason why no rules of such could be found in the CONSTITUTION and the By-laws of Davidian SDA ever since the beginning of its creation by Bro. Houteff.

Therefore, that after the servant of the Lord as PRESIDENT of the General Association of Davidian SDA, the re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA in Waco, Texas, died in 1955, then the General Association of Davidian SDA actually ever since must have to be dissolved and liquidated. But instead of dissolving the Mount Carmel Center, they even just established Mrs. Houteff as Vice President to succeed the late President Bro. Houteff. So from all the facts that followed to show us that the Lord God did not approve the establishment of Mrs. Houteff as Vice President to succeed her husband, the PRESIDENT of the Organization of the Mount Carmel Center. You know why ? Because beside no single rule could be found in the CONSTITUTION and the BY-LAWS to sustain her establishment, it is also because she as vice President could not succeed the President. There is no law in the CONSTITUTION and the BY-LAWS to rule such an arrangement.

Although she had spent all her capacities to get the Mount Carmel Center running, the fact is clear that she had failed at last. And all the assets of Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas, should have been sold to the Presbyterian Church in 1962. And Mrs. Houteff was then bit by bit became a renegade even up to the end of her fate, no more known of her even up to this day.

After the death of the
servant of the Lord Bro. Houteff in 1955

Just at the time the servant of the Lord Bro. Houteff died, then is fulfilled the prophetic words of Prophet Zechariah, when he said :

“Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the Lord of hosts : smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered : and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones. “ – Zechariah 13 : 7.

Thus is fulfilled also the words from Mrs. White when she said :

“God will arouse His people; if other means fail, heresies will come in among them, which will s i f t them, separating the c h a f f (not tares) from the w h e a t. The Lord calls upon all who believe His word to awake out of sleep. Precious light has come, appropriate for this time. It is Bible truth, showing the perils that are right upon us. This light should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a most critical examination of the positions which we hold.” – 5 Testimonies for the Church, pp. 707 – 708. (In brackets added)

As soon as after the death of Bro. Houteff, there have been established in USA several Organizations of Mount Carmel Centers, who want to maintain the existence of the Mount Carmel Center of Davidian SDA to carry out its work to have the proclamation of the message going on up to the end. The Organizations are as here below :

a.   General Association of Davidian SDA in Elk, Texas
b.   General Association of Davidian SDA in Salem, South Carolina
c.   General Association of Davidian SDA in Mountain dale, New York
d.   General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas.

They all have based the establishment of those Mount Carmel Centers of Davidian SDA upon the same Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA. created by Bro. Houteff. And instead of installing a PRESIDENT at the top management as the highest ranking official of the Organization, they only put a VICE PRESIDENT. Thus are all the General Associations of Davidian SDA in the USA working with only a VICE PRESIDENT as the highest official of the Organization. Could they be deemed right ?

If the establishment of the Organizations of Mount Carmel Centers of Davidian SDA mentioned above could be deemed right according to the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA, which are now complete and everlasting, then the PRESIDENCY of Mount Carmel Center should no more be vacant. Both jobs of PRESIDENT and VICE PRESIDENT should have been filled and occupied, and both the leaders must exist at the same time.

However, since the PRESIDENT job is still vacant even up to now, it is unavoidably proved, that there is none as yet called of God to occupy the vacancy of the PRESIDENT.

So it is clear, that by the establishment of Organizations of Mount Carmel Centers of Davidian SDA in America ever since 1955, there would have been infiltrated into our ranks the so-called “chaff” categorized Davidians SDA with their heresies in among us. And that is the reason why that they must soon or later be sifted out.

To test the validity of the
Vice Presidency of the
General Association of Davidian SDA

We have to understand that the main objective for codifying the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA by the servant of the Lord Bro. Houteff is that the Organization of General Conference of SDA could be reorganized according to a certain Rule of Law. And that is the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA. And so is the General Association of Davidian SDA ever since the beginning has been developed according to the same Rules of Law, which is the CONSTITUTION and the BY-Laws of Davidian SDA. And from the “PREFACE” of the Leviticus of Davidian SDA we know that the CONSTITUTION and the BY-Laws of Davidian SDA as codified in the book of Leviticus of Davidian SDA, they will become fully operative in the future kingdom in Palestine.

So although the Davidic kingdom is yet in the future, its Constitution and the By-Laws have been already available in advance, provided for us by Bro. Houteff. And since the future kingdom is an everlasting one, then the CONSTITUTION and the BY-Laws must unavoidably be everlasting too.

The function of VICE PRESIDENT
is to a s s i s t or to r e p r e s e n t, but not
to s u c c e e d the PRESIDENT

The function of VICE PRESIDENT as those outlined in Article IV, Section 3 is as follows : “The Vice President shall, in accordance with the example recorded in Exodus 7 : 1, 2 a s s i s t the President in administering the affairs of the Association.“ – The Leviticus of Davidian SDA, p. 6.

In Exodus 7 : 1, 2 there could be found, that Moses has ever acted as PRESIDENT to receive orders directly from God, and Aaron in his position as VICE PRESIDENT to assist and to represent Moses to present the orders to Pharaoh king of Egypt. Both Moses and Aaron at the time were alive in the same time.

Since the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA apply fully just in the future kingdom in Palestine, then even ever since now the knowledge of death as result of sin could no more be found in the Constitution and its By-laws of Davidian SDA. That is just the reason why, when Bro. Houteff died in 1955 there was no more found in the Constitution and its By-Laws an article or Section to enable Bro. Houteff as PRESIDENT to be succeeded by someone to have the Organization of the General Association of Davidian SDA kept on working up to the establishment of the Davidic kingdom in Palestine.

Actually, nowhere in the world could ever be found a kingdom or a republic of a nation ever led by only a vice President for many-many years after surviving the death of their President. Nowhere could be found such a nation like that. The function of a vice President is to assist or to represent the President to carry out his orders to the third party. To that end, the President could have instructed the vice President to represent him to carry out the orders to the third party. To that end the vice President could represent the President to go wherever he must go to get the work done. So both the President and his Vice President must be living together in the same time.

Let it be understood, therefore, that the existence of both President and the vice President in the CONSTITUTION and the By-Laws is that both must work in the same period of time.

S u m m a r y

If the message of the Shepherd’s Rod contains the Rules of implementation of the Call for a spiritual revival and reformation by Mrs. White in the Review and Herald, February 25, 1902, then the Leviticus of Davidian SDA, wherein the Constitution and the By-Laws are found would be the foundation for the establishment of Davidian SDA Headquarters in 1935, which is the re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA.

According to all deliberated above, the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA would have been complete and even everlasting. And from Bro. Houteff’s own statement in the booklet, The Leviticus of Davidian SDA, please read here below :

The Constitution and the By-laws will become fully operative in the coming kingdom in Palestine.

And since in the Constitution and the By-laws there are no more knowledge of “sin and death”, then no more provided therein a rule to enable the PRESIDENT when died or permanently absent to be succeeded by the VICE PRESIDENT. This means that after Bro. Houteff died in 1955, then ever since the Organization of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas should have been dissolved and liquidated. Because it could no more continue its work without a divinely appointed President.

But instead of dissolving the Mount Carmel Center of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, they even have established more Organizations of Mount Carmel Centers in several places in America under the leadership of only VICE PRESIDENT. So you will have several Mount Carmel Centers in America today with their VICE PRESIDENT respectively leading at the top of management.

Therefore, from the fact that the establishment of those organizations of Mount Carmel Centers of Davidian SDA is no more according to the rules as those stipulated in the Constitution and the By-laws of Davidian SDA, then you may be sure that they are all now i l l e g a l in the sight of God.

C o n c l u d e d

Mrs. White ever since earlier had ever predicted as follows :

“It is Bible truth, showing the perils that are right upon us. This light should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a most critical examination of the positions which we hold.” — Testimonies, vol. 5, p. 707-708.

With the establishment of those Organizations of Mount Carmel Center of Davidian SDA in USA ever since 1955 after the death of the servant of God, Bro. Houteff, then is fulfilled the statement by Mrs. White above. The heresies are now rampant in our midst. But even THE PRECIOUS LIGHT APPROPREATE FOR THIS TIME HAS COME. This is the only light of this last time of the end that would have made us see eye to eye, to have the same mind, and to speak the same things.

“We are living in the last days, when error of a most deceptive character is accepted and believed, while truth is discarded. The Lord will hold both ministers and people responsible for the light shining upon them. He calls upon us to work diligently in gathering up the jewels of truth, and placing them in the framework of the gospel.” — Gospel Workers, p. 289.

And lastly to every one of us, we have been warned :

‘IGNORANCE IS NO EXCUSE NOW FOR TRANGRESSION OF LAW. THE LIGHT SHINES CLEARLY, AND NONE NEED BE IGNORANT, FOR THE GREAT G O D HIMSELF IS MAN’S INSTRUCTOR.” – Testimony for the Church, p. 162.
