No More Need of the General Conference of SDA, nor of the General Association of Davidian SDA, nor of anything the like

“Let me tell you that the Lord will work in this last work in a manner very much out of the common order of things, and in a way that will be contrary to any human planning. There will be those among us who will always want to control the work of God, to dictate even what movements shall be made when the work goes forward under the direction of the angel who joins the third angel in the message (of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY) to be given to the world. God will use ways and means by which it will be seen that He is taking the reins in His own hands. The workers will be surprised by the simple means that He will use to bring about and perfect His work of righteousness.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 300. (In the brackets is added)
Read carefully the above statement by Mrs. White and think. That the above statement was issued long before she died in 1915, even longer before the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1, which symbolizes the Shepherd’s Rod message by Brother Houteff came into being to unite with the Spirit of Prophecy by Mrs. White in 1929. During her life time, though, Mrs. White never before knew Houteff nor of His message of the Shepherd’s Rod. Nevertheless she would have been inspired to say that the last work of God in this time of the end would go forward under the direction of the combined messages of the Shepherd’s Rod and the Spirit of Prophecy. Those two messages are now found in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY to fulfill the prophetic word of Revelation 19 : 10 (margin) as the By-laws, or the rules of implementation of the Ten Commandments for the people to obey.
It is the fact that as the servant of God she has been inspired to inform us of the above statement, that Brother Victor T. Houteff too has emerged under the same power of God to warn us that : “The Bible and the books of the Spirit of Prophecy being the sole source of the Shepherd’s Rod message, therefore when the Rod is taught, the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy are taught.” — Fundamental Beliefs of The Davidian SDA, p. 26. This is to show us that despite both of them have ever lived far apart from each other, the meaning of their statements will just have complemented each other.
Therefore, when you have finished reading the above statement of the Testimonies to Ministers, p. 300, you are now requested to join us to deliberate here below :
[1] The Lord will work in this last work (in the sealing time of the 144.000) in a manner very much out of the common order of things, and in a way that will be contrary to any human planning. How is it ? God will use ways and means by which it will be seen that He is taking the reins in His own hands. What is the main reason behind it ?
Because there will be those among us who will always want to control the work of God, to dictate even what movements shall be made when the work goes forward under the direction of the angel who joins the third angel in the message (of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY). That is, there will be leaders among us who will always want to control the work of God and to dictate His people contrary to the direction given to us in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.
Those who have been vested with power to control the work of God and to dictate His people are none other than the leadership of God’s own organization in His Mount Carmel Center in Texas.
[2] When does the last work begin? The last work begins when it goes forward under the direction of the angel who joins the third angel in the message (of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY) to be given to the world. Regarding the angel who joins the third angel in the message the servant of the Lord, Mrs. White said :
The angel that unites his voice with the third angel is none other than the message of the Shepherd’s Rod by Brother Victor T. Houteff which unites with the Spirit of Prophecy by Mrs. White ever since 1929.
With the coming of Brother Houteff and his message in 1929, then the proclamation of the call for a spiritual revival and a spiritual reformation by Mrs. White in the Review and Herald of February 25, 1902 began to be revived. “Reformation” which signifies the r e – organization of the General Conference of SDA was then accomplished by the establishment of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, in 1935. Bro. Victor T. Houteff was then appointed of God as its first President of the Association, assisted by a divinely appointed agency of evangelists, pastors, and teachers in Waco, Texas, USA. Then as ever before the Lord has entrusted to their care His people with the following commission:
“O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at My mouth, and warn them from. Me.” The watchmen will need to live very near to God, to hear His word and be impressed with His Spirit, that the people may not look to them in vain.” – Testimony for the Church, vol. 4, p. 403
“These watchmen represent the ministry, upon whose fidelity depends the salvation of souls. The stewards of the mysteries of God should stand as watchmen upon the walls of Zion; and if they see the sword coming, they should sound the note of warning. If they are sleepy sentinels, and their spiritual senses are so benumbed that they see and realize no danger, and the people perish, God will require their blood at the watchmen’s hands.” – Ibid., p. 402.
That is, either to the first divinely appointed ministry of Mrs. White, the prophet, and her ministers in the General Conference of SDA, or to the second divinely appointed one of Brother Victor T. Houeff, the prophet, and his ministers in the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, they all have been commissioned to be watchmen on the house of Israel (the Laodicean Church). Therefore, they shalt hear the word at the Lord’s mouth, and warn the people from Him only.
The fact, however, is flagrantly different. After the death of Mrs. White in 1915, General Conference leadership and all its ministers in the world were fallen to such extent that according to the prophecy they should have been spewed out of Jesus’ mouth in 1935. Thus was then the General Conference to be re-organized into the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas under the new leadership of Brother Victor T. Houteff.
Thus was “the last work of God” beginning ever since the proclamation of the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 in 1929 in combination with the message of the third angel of Revelation 14. This is the message that is to enlighten the whole earth in the future, beginning in the Laodicean Church of Seventh day Adventists ourselves.

If ever before the cares and reins of His people have been entrusted to His own appointed agencies comprising a prophet and the evangelists, pastors, and teachers, of the General Conference of SDA, which later have been re-organized into the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, then after the death of the last prophet, Brother Victor T. Houteff in 1955, the Lord seemed to take the reins in His own hand. Why ?
“The Lord will work in this last work in a manner very much out of the common order of things, and in a way that will be contrary to any human planning. God will use ways and means by which it will be seen that He is taking the reins in His own hands. The workers will be surprised by the simple means that He will use to bring about and perfect His work of righteousness.”
The workers of the General Association of Davidian SDA (who are the leadership of the Mount Carmel Center) in Waco, Texas, would be surprised, because the Lord would have left them out of all His activities. The Lord is not satisfied with their work, because as watchmen unto the house of Israel they always want to control His work, to dictate even what movements shall be made, whereas the work goes forward under the direction of the angel who joins the third angel in the message (of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY) to be given to the world.
T h e y Control
His Work and Dictate His People
To control the work of God and dictate His people according to the rules of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY is permissible, because as the watchmen unto the house of Israel they have been just commissioned to do that. Read 4 Testimonies, p. 402. Therefore during the life time of Houteff the work of God has made tremendous progress everywhere in many parts of the Laodicea in the world. However, as soon as after the death of Houteff in 1955, the progress has so dramatically changed from the good straight away to the worst that even the prophetic location of the Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas should have been lost from our grasp. The whole Christian world has ever witnessed the drama which is still fresh in the mind up to this very moment. And our own Davidian brethren and sisters would also be surprised at how wonderful the merciful Father in Heaven has taken the reins in His own hand to have His beautiful Mount Carmel Center returned miraculously into the hands of His appointed agencies in 1991.
N o w, however, when the merciful God at last should have taken for good the reins in His own hand, to let the workers left alone, surprisingly not knowing what has happened within their leadership at the Mount Carmel Center after the 1991, let us return to the servant of God to find his specific message addressed to us, when he said :
“Everything that can be done against God’s message of today will be done with even a greater vengeance than was manifest against Heaven’s message in the days of Christ’s first advent, for the Devil knows that if he loses now, he loses forever — that he is to have no other chance. Unparalleled, therefore, is the urgency that every eleventh-hour church member now quickly and solidly brace himself against the Enemy’s effort to deliver a knockout blow. We must be alert, too, to realize that the blow is to come from surprisingly unsuspected foes — from professed friends of the gospel, who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day. It is, moreover, but to be expected that the Adversary will employ every agency possible to prevent the Lord from disclosing to view His now obscure 144.000 first fruit servants, who are to go gather in the second fruits (Revelation 7 : 9). The Enemy will try everything conceivable to confuse, becloud, and cover up the Truth, especially on the subject of the 144.000.” — The White House Recruiter, p. 33.
There are two knockout blows delivered by the Enemy as soon as after the death of the servant of God in 1955. We all know for sure that the first blow was that of Mrs. Houteff when she announced the closure and liquidation of the Mount Carmel Center in 1962. And we have survived after successfully having most of the Mount Carmel land and premises returned to our hand in 1991.
But how is it with the second blow? Is it no more blow coming after 1991, whereas Brother Houteff has so seriously warned : “We must be alert, too, to realize that the blow is to come from surprisingly unsuspected foes — from professed friends of the gospel, who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day.“
The second blow should have come after 1991, and we have to realize that the blow is to come from surprisingly unsuspected foes – from professed friends of the gospel, whose piety is similar to that of the Jewish priests in the time of Jesus.
The once appointed ministry of God, after the death of their prophet, has been implicated in the sin, one after another, which is the sin against the Spirit of Truth. As our professed friends of the gospel, who are now dominating the Mount Carmel Center in Texas, instead of quickly and solidly brace themselves against the Enemy’s effort to deliver the second knockout blow, they even help the Enemy by embracing the extreme narrow-minded fundamentalism of the Jewish priests themselves.
And since they with their narrow-minded fundamentalism want to control the work of God and to dictate His people, for the sake of maintaining the purity of the message, while the work is going forward under the direction of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, they just have surprisingly separated themselves from God, and to let Him doing the harvest Himself without them.
Since most of our people are not as yet fully recovered from the knockout blows, either from the first one by Mrs. Houteff or from the second one by the unsuspected foes of those who are now leading at the Mount Carmel Center, many are still desperately in need of something of surety that truly could ensure their salvation which they themselves have not yet fully understood. This is the reason why many of our people still trust those leading at the Headquarters.
But as soon as the Lord opens their heart to the progress report of the workers there, it will then be fully understood that no more salvation would be provided us through the antitypical Jewish Priests in this time of the end. And they will see the fulfillment of the words of God as provided us by His servant:
“The Lord will work in this last work in a manner very much out of the common order of things, and in a way that will be contrary to any human planning. God will use ways and means by which it will be seen that He is taking the reins in His own hands. There will be those among us who will always want to control the work of God, to dictate even what movements shall be made when the work goes forward under the direction of the angel who joins the third angel in the message (of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY) to be given to the world.”
T h e y P r o p h e s y
in His Name, but Jesus refused to recognize them
In the Timely Greetings, Vol. 1, No. 44 Brother Houteff have quoted from Sister White’s book : The Mount of Blessing, p. 209 the following words :
“Not all who profess His name and wear His badge are Christ’s. Many who have taught in My name, said Jesus, will be found wanting at last. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name ? and in Thy name have cast out devils ? and in Thy name done many wonderful works ? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you; depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.
“There are persons who believe that they are right, when they are wrong. While claiming Christ as their Lord, and professedly doing great works in His name, they are workers of iniquity. With their mouth they show much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness. He who declares God’s Word is to them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument; for they hear Thy words; but they do them not.” – The Mount of Blessing, p. 209.
The above statements by Mrs. White are not as yet fulfilled up to this day, because “in that day” mentioned by her is yet in the future. And also, that during her life time our people Seventh-day Adventists were not as yet having the ability to prophesy or to teach any Bible prophecy, because the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 did not as yet come, that “the all truth” and “the things to come” as promised us by the Lord in John 16 : 13 were not as yet completely available in the Church. Therefore the statements have been quoted by Brother Houteff to be presented right to the present truth believers of the Davidians. And since it is to be fulfilled in the future, then they that are to prophesy and to do great things in the name of the Lord will be only the present truth believers of the Davidians.
Since the present truth believers of the Davidians in this time of the end are yet to be sifted into two categories : (1) those wheat categorized ones on the one side, and (2) the chaff. Categorized ones on the other side, then at the fulfillment of the above statements “in that day” in the future, those chaff categorized ones would certainly be the first to come to Jesus. Let it be understood because up to the end the present leadership in Waco, Texas would have certainly defended with all their power the regal Mount Carmel Center in Texas, that “in that day” they will come to Jesus and say, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name ? And in Thy name have cast out devils? And in Thy name done many wonderful works? And then will Jesus profess unto them, I never knew you; depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.

Jesus’ own appointed servants
who fail to do the harvest with Him
Long ago prophet Isaiah had ever prophesied unto us, and Brother Houteff in his interpretation of the prophecy told us in the following words :
“Here we are again told that there are two reaping : one by the Son of man, and another by an angel. The reaping by the Son of man precedes the reaping by the angel. “The Son of man,” therefore, gathers the first fruits, and the angel gathers the second fruits. (The vines, not the fully ripe grapes, he cast in the wine press) The Son of man Himself obviously reaps the first fruits because His servants (figuratively the angel of the church of the Laodiceans) are in no condition to do such a work, for they themselves are “wretched , and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked,” and know it not (Revelation 3 : 14 – 18).
Looking down to this very time, the Spirit of Prophecy in Isaiah’s day said :
Isaiah 63 : 5 — “And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold : therefore Mine own arm brought salvation unto Me; and My fury, it upheld Me.”
Here you note that when the time came there was not even one among His servants “to uphold” the work of harvest, and consequently the Lord Himself did the work without them.” —V.T. Houteff, II Timely Greetings, No. 44, p. 37, 38.
Not even one from among His servants to uphold the work of harvest with Jesus. Who are those servants of Jesus living in this sealing time of the 144.000? We all know for sure that Houteff and his fellows, evangelists, pastors and teachers, is the last divinely appointed ministry in this sealing time of the 144.000. They are the re-organized General Conference to be the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, up to the end of harvest time in the church.
Though Houteff during his life time has ever pointed to the angel of Laodicea as the servants of God, that due to their refusal against the message they should have failed to uphold the harvest. The prophetic words of Isaiah should more positively apply to the leadership of the present truth believers of the General Association of Davidian SDA after the death of Houteff. And this should be seriously taken in mind, because the carrying out of the harvest at the Mount Carmel Center in Texas is now going on in a very slow pace, a sign that they will at last fail to accomplish the work according to the schedule. And this is the reason why:
“The Lord will work in this last work in a manner very much out of the common order of things, and in a way that will be contrary to any human planning……. God will use ways and means by which it will be seen that He is taking the reins in His own hands.” — Testimonies to Ministers, p. 300.
The consequence of the second blow after 1991 in Waco, Texas, there are yet many more among our people who are not as yet fully recovered from their unconsciousness. They are still seeking to find refuge in the fold of the unsuspected foes of the Lord who are now dominating the Mount Carmel Center in Texas.
T h e y have been prophesied To be the high-minded men, and the I d o l s that walk, and be idolized by many
High-minded means not meek. The servant of the Lord said : “Moreover, He was anointed to preach to the meek, to those who are not self-sufficient, not high-minded, but humble and teachable; the other class could not be taught.” – Timely Greetings, vol. 1, No. 41, pp. 3, 4.
“The fact that one can pray and talk well is no evidence that God has called him. ……….. There were good men in the apostles’ days, men who could pray with power and talk to the point; yet the apostles, who had power over unclean spirits and could heal the sick, dared not with merely their wisdom set one apart for the holy work of being mouthpiece for God. ………….The Lord will not entrust the burden for His flock to unqualified individuals. Those whom God calls must be men of deep experience, tried and proved, men of sound judgment, men who dare to reprove sin in the spirit of meekness, men who understand how to feed the flock. God knows the heart, and He knows whom to select.”— 1 Testimonies, pp. 208, 209.
Those qualified individuals, however, could no more easily found with the leadership at the Headquarters in Waco, Texas. Prophet Isaiah has ever since prophesied upon this condition of our people. We quote herewith from a sermon by Brother Houteff in The Timely Greetings, Vol. 1, No. 5 beginning from page 14 as follows:
Isaiah 2 : 11 — “The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day.”
“Man has long been exalting himself; so much so, in fact, that there are perhaps only a few Christians in the world that are really following “the light of the Lord.” Most of them are following sparks of men, following uninspired interpretations of the Scriptures, — devising of men, men who scoff at the idea of Inspiration; they see no need of more Truth or of prophets, although they well know that the only Truth that has ever come has been through chosen servants of God. Even present Truth believers have not as yet fully awakened to this startling revelation, many of them are carried away with every wind of doctrine, much of which is created by impostors such as Korah, Dathan and Abiram (Number 16 : 9 – 11) coveting Moses’ office — usurpers of Inspiration’s Throne — taking sides, one for Paul and another for Apollo’s, as it were! Inspiration’s eye focusing to this day and message, reveals that much of this self deception is the result of what the Spirit describes, a double face hypocrisy, saying: “Also, thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee by the walls and in the doors of the houses, and speak one to another, every one to his brother, saying, Come, I pray you, and hear what is the word that cometh forth from the Lord. And they come unto thee as the people cometh, and they sit before thee as My people, and they hear thy words, but they will not do them : for with their mouth they shew much love, but their heart goeth after their covetousness. And, lo, thou art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument: for they hear thy words, but they do them not. And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come,) then shall they know that a prophet has been among them.” Ezekiel 33 : 30 – 33. We need to be doers of the Word not merely hearers.”
Isaiah 2 : 12, 13, 15, 16 — “For the day of the Lord of hosts shall be upon every one that is proud and lofty, and upon every one that is lifted up; and he shall be brought low : and upon all the cedars of Lebanon, that are high and lifted up, and upon all the oaks of Bashan,……..and upon every high tower, and upon every fenced wall, and upon all the ships of Tarshish, and upon all pleasant pictures.”
“These are of course figurative expressions, referring to proud and self- sufficient men who in the people’s eyes are as the cedars of Lebanon, and as the oaks of Bashan.
Isaiah 2 : 17 – 20 — “And the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be made low: and the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day. And the idols He shall utterly abolish. And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the Lord, and for the glory of His majesty, when He ariseth to shake terribly the earth. In that day a man shall cast his idols of silver, and his idols of gold, which they made each one for himself to worship, to the moles and to the bats.”
“What idols are to be abolished ? — Idols that walk. They are, therefore, men whom the people idolize. They and those who idolize them will run into “the holes of the rocks, and unto the caves of the earth.” Only those that cast out the idols shall be spared. In these verses three kinds of idols are mentioned : (1) works of men’s hands, (2) men that are revered, (3) gold and the silver that are worshiped. These shall be abolished, there are to be idols no more..” — Timely Greetings, Vol. 1, No. 5, pp. 14 – 15.”
Look again carefully at the above statement of Bro. Houteff :
i. “Even present Truth believers have not as yet fully awakened to this startling revelation. Many of them are carried away with every wind of doctrine, much of which is created by impostors such as Korah, Dathan and Abiram (Number 16 : 9 – 11) coveting Moses’ office — usurpers of Inspiration’s Throne — taking sides, one for Paul and another for Apollo’s, as it were !”
Present truth believers are none other than the Davidians SDA. Due to the fact that they were again carried away with every wind of doctrine, such condition should be fulfilled after the death of Bro. Houteff in 1955, even after the liquidation of the Mount Carmel Center in 1962.
ii. The emergence of several Mount Carmel Centers outside Waco, Texas in the USA bearing the same name of General Association of Davidian SDA, are among other :
· Mount Carmel Center (GA. of DSDA) in Salem, South Carolina, USA.
· Mount Carmel Center (GA. of DSDA,) in Mountain Dale, New York, USA.
· Mount Carmel Center (BRANCH DSDA) in Elk, Texas, USA.
· And others …..
With the emergence of those Mount Carmel Centers, each blowing its own wind of doctrine, our people have been scattered under several leaderships in the USA, without having recovered their consciousness from the afore two times knockout blows. Their leaders seemed to cover up tightly their prophetic identity, either as the antitypical Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, for those outside the Mount Carmel permanent location in Waco, Texas, or as the antitypical Jewish priests of today for those now dominating the Mount Carmel Center in Texas.
After retrieving the Mount Carmel location in 1991, most of the Davidians in the world again returned to join the re-organized General Conference of SDA in Waco, Texas, which is the General Association of Davidian SDA.
However, after nearly twenty years now, without seeing any progress either in number of membership, or in the knowledge of the present truth, we should be wise enough to introspect whether we have been truly recovered from the second blow of the Devil. Are we truly delivered from under the control and dictate of those whose piety is not less than the Jewish priests in the time of Jesus? How could you assure yourself that you are truly recovered your consciousness from the afore knockout blows?
iii. “Inspiration’s eye focusing to this day and message, reveals that much of this self deception is the result of what the Spirit describes, a double face hypocrisy, saying : “Also , thou son of man, the children of thy people still are talking against thee ……… And when this cometh to pass, (lo, it will come) then shall they know that a prophet has been among them.” Ezekiel 33 : 30 – 33. We need to be doers of the Word not merely hearers.”
In his interpretation of the statement in the book The Mount of Blessing, p. 209, Bro. Houteff has indirectly identified those double face hypocrites as the leaders of the Mount Carmel Center, who are to come to Jesus in the future and say, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? And in Thy name have cast out devils? And in Thy name done many wonderful works?
“There are persons who believe that they are right, when they are wrong. While claiming Christ as their Lord, and professedly doing great works in His name, they are workers of iniquity. Those professedly doing great works in His name would be none other that the professional permanent workers of the Mount Carmel Center in Texas.
iv. They are represented as lofty men who are proud and lofty, even as cedar trees of Lebanon. They also are represented as idols that walk. They are, therefore, men whom the people idolize.
v. Ever since the time when Houteff was still alive they hear his words, but they do them not. Even up to this very moment. When the words come from the fields (from those representing Houteff after his death) “they art unto them as a very lovely song of one that hath a pleasant voice, and can play well on an instrument : for they hear thy words, but they do them not.”—The Mount of Blessing, p. 209.
The fact is now clear that there are yet good people of God outside the Mount Carmel Center in Texas, who are to speak the truth to them who are leading. But who are they ? In this time of sifting the true Davidians of those categorized as “wheat” will be separated from the “chaff” categorized ones in the Davidian (not the “tair” in the Church). The servant of the Lord said :
“God will arouse His people; if other means fail, heresies will come in among them, which will s i f t them, separating the c h a f f (not tares) from the w h e a t. The Lord calls upon all who believe His word to awake out of sleep (out of the knockout blows). Precious light has come, appropriate for this time. It is Bible truth, showing the perils that are right upon us. This light should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a most critical examination of the positions which we hold.” – 5 Testimonies for the Church, pp. 707 – 708. (In brackets added)
vi. From the prophetic words of Isaiah interpreted by Bro. Houteff in the Timely Greetings, Vol. 1, No. 5 as presented above, may it be understood that after his death in 1955, even after the two knockout blows, one after the other successfully causing so much trouble among the present truth believers in the world, the present truth believers of Davidian SDA have now been separated into three categories, namely :
i. Those who are grouped under the leaderships of the antitypical Korahs, Dathans, and Abirams in this time of the end.
ii. Those who have been categorized as “c h a f f”, who are now dominating the Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas, and
iii. Those who have been categorized as the true “wheat”, who are to be always under the reins of the Lord.

who are standing idle in the market place
“The words of Christ apply to the church : ‘Why stand ye here all the day idle ?’ Why are you not at work in some capacity in His vineyard? Again and again He has bidden you : ‘Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, that shall ye receive.”– 5 Testimony for the Church, p. 203.
In one of the parables of Jesus in Matthew 20 : 1-16, we will come across a parable concerning the Church of God in this time of the end, ever since the first time Bro. Houteff came with his message. Therefore, we are now being in the period of the Eleventh Hour Call, which is a message addressed to us to call our people to find work in the vineyard of all the earth, which is to begin from the eleventh hour up to the close of probationary time in the heavenly sanctuary at the twelve hour sun set. Since the angel of Laodicea, which represents the General Conference of SDA and all its ministers as the only professed workers (professional workers) of God, had rejected Houteff and his Shepherd’s Rod message, then the message of the eleventh-hour call was then presented to all, even to those who are standing idly in the market place, the church.
The fact is now clear, that it is just the eleventh-hour call that has divided the Seventh-Day Adventists into two groups of people, namely: The General Conference of SDA and all its ministers as the professional workers on the one side, and the Davidian SDA as the laymen, who are standing idly in the market place, the Church, on the other side. And this is becoming effectively now when the “Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation” by Mrs. White through the Review and Herald, February 25, 1902 have been revived by Houteff and his eleventh-hour workers in the Church.
However, since “the eleventh hour” of the parable of Jesus is still in the future, whereas “the eleventh-hour call” itself is not as yet accomplished, then we must have the eleventh-hour call completely disseminated unto all the Laodiceans of God, who are not yet spewed out of Jesus mouth. Who are they ?
Praise the Lord, that several years before he died in 1955 Bro. Houteff had ever identified for us, either through the prophecies which have been interpreted through his sermons, or through his early warning message as those found in the booklets, The White House Recruiter etc, that “the eleventh-hour call” should have also applied to the Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists. Therefore, as Present Truth Believers we must be always on alert that :
“Not upon the ordained minister only rests the responsibility of going forth to fulfill this commission. Everyone who has received Christ is called to work for the salvation of his fellow men. “The Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hear say, Come.” Revelation 22 : 17.
“The humble, consecrated believer upon whom the Master of the vineyard places a burden for souls is to be given encouragement by the men upon whom the Lord has laid larger responsibilities. Those who stand as leaders in the church of God are to realize that the Saviour’s commission is given to all who believe in His name. God will send forth into His vineyard many who have not been dedicated to the ministry by the laying on of hands.”— The Acts of the Apostles, p. 110.
A f t e r t h e H a r v e s t
In one of his sermons delivered in June 8, 1946, Bro Houteff said :
“True we are establishing our headquarters on this mount that is found in prophecy, but our stay here shall be very, very short, for ‘He will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness : because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth.’ (Rom. 9 : 28).
‘It might be interesting to Elder G. to know that the naming of our ‘camp’ ‘Mt. Carmel Center’ came about in the same way as the naming of our publications ‘The Shepherd’s Rod, ’ for we did not know before hand that it was in prophecy until after our attention was called to Micah 7 : 14 and Amos 1 : 2. In the prophecy of Amos we read :
“The Lord will roar from Zion, and utter His voice from Jerusalem; and the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the t o p of C a r m e l shall wither.”

“The prophet Jeremiah in the following words explains that this wailing by those who are thus deceived will be at the close of probation. For they shall say ‘the harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.’ That is, after the harvest, the time in which they could have been saved, they will realize that the probationary time has closed. Then the habitations of the shepherds shall mourn, and the top of Carmel shall wither.’ Hence, before that time the top of Carmel must have been green with much pasture, otherwise there would be nothing to wither; that is, though Carmel has n o w (in 1946 when this sermon was delivered) plenty of pasture (present truth), when probation closes it shall be deserted (‘wither’), for says the Spirit of Prophecy : ‘In the time of trouble we all fled from the cities and villages.” – Early Writings, p. 34.
“Thus shall the top of Carmel wither, and those who do not take heed to the word, ’Today if ye will hear His voice, harden not your hearts,’ at length will be alarmed that their opportunity for accepting the truth has slipped away. Then in their hasty, frenzied effort to acquaint themselves with present truth which went forth from the top of Carmel, to their surprise they shall find that Carmel has finished its work, its inhabitants removed, and probation closed, at which time the inhabitants of ‘Carmel’ can but repeat, ‘the harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we have nothing for thee.’ “— The Symbolic Code, Vol. 11, No. 12, p. 32.

It is an undeniable fact that from the mouth of the servant of the Lord himself that the top of Carmel has its permanent location in Waco, Texas, USA, and the green pasture represents “the present Truth” provided us by Bro. Houteff. Present Truth which went forth from the top of Carmel during the life time of Houteff, is now could be found everywhere in the world, even on the Web sites. Brother Houteff said : “Millions ! So it is that these small comprehensive publications, the bright clouds, laden with present Truth, are now being scattered as leaves of autumn throughout Laodicea to every church member, “to every one grass” in the vineyard of the Lord. The final results ? More than one thousand will soon be converted in one day ………” TG. Vol. 1, No. 17, p. 5.
Therefore, the present Truth mentioned above that went forth from the top of Carmel should not be manipulated to be the teachings of “those professed friends of the gospel, who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day,” who are now dominating the top of Carmel in Texas. It is impossible for the present Truth of salvation to go forth from the top of Carmel now in Texas, as long as those professed friends of the gospel still having guile in their mouth.
Moreover, it should also be understood that through His servants the prophets we have been informed by the Lord :
“Accordingly, the antitypical Pre-Pentecostal harvest takes place in a self-deceived church, the Laodicean,”the house of God”; and through miracle-working power manifested by Heaven itself in the angels (Matt. 13 : 39), it yields the 144.000, the first fruits of those who are never to die. Whereas the antitypical post-Pentecostal harvest takes place among the nations; and through miracle-working power manifested by the Spirit-filled 144.000, it yields the great multitude which no man can number (Rev. 7 : 9), the second fruits, of those who are never to die.” 2 TG No. 46, p. 28.
“Here you note that when the time came there was not even one among His servants “to uphold” the work of the harvest, and consequently the Lord Himself did the work without them.” 2 TG No. 44, p. 38.
“And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold : therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.” Isaiah 63 : 5.

The establishment of the General Association of Davidian Seventh day Adventists in 1935 in Waco, Texas, is the result of the accomplishment of reorganizing the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventist by Bro. Houteff, to meet the fulfillment of the call for a spiritual revival and spiritual reformation by Mrs. White in Review and Herald, February 25, 1902. At the same time, therefore, the General Conference of SDA, which is prophetically called the fallen angel of the Laodicean Church, should be spewed out of Jesus’ mouth. To this end the servant of the Lord said :
“To those who are indifferent at this time Christ’s warning is: ‘Because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of My mouth.’ Revelation 3 : 16. The figure of spewing out of His mouth means that He cannot offer up your prayers or your expressions of love to God. He cannot endorse your teaching of His word or your spiritual work in anywise. He cannot present your religious exercises with the request that grace be given you.” –- 6 Testimonies, p. 408.
During the life time of Houteff the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, was making tremendous progresses in several parts of the world. Under the leadership of Houteff, up to he time he died in 1955, the world has ever witnessed only one General Association of Davidian SDA by the name Mount Carmel Center in its prophetic location in Waco, Texas, USA. Later after his death, however, there emerged more General Associations of Davidian SDA in several places. To this end, prior to his death Bro. Houteff has ever warned us as follows :
“Everything that can be done against God’s message of today will be done with even a greater vengeance than was manifest against Heaven’s message in the days of Christ’s first advent, for the Devil knows that if he loses now, he loses forever — that he is to have no other chance. Unparalleled, therefore, is the urgency that every eleventh-hour church member now quickly and solidly brace himself against the Enemy’s effort to deliver a knockout blow. We must be alert, too, to realize that the blow is to come from surprisingly unsuspected foes — from professed friends of the gospel, who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day.” — The White House Recruiter, p. 33.
The facts now are clear, that the Enemy has successfully delivered his two knockout blows against the leadership in Texas : the first blow was delivered after the death of Houteff in 1955 up to 1991, and the second one was after 1991 up to now. The two blows seemed enough to have knocked out for good the leadership in Texas. And this is to be proven from the following facts :
(a) “Many who have taught in My name, said Jesus, will be found wanting at last. Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Thy name? and in Thy name have cast out devils? and in Thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you; depart from Me, ye that work iniquity.” Quoted from the Timely Greetings, Vol. 1, No. 4

Isaiah 63 : 3 – 5 — “I have trodden the winepress alone; and of the people there was none with Me: for I will tread them in Mine anger, and trample them in My fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon My garments, and I will stain all My raiment. For the day of vengeance is in Mine heart, and the year of My redeemed is come. And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold : therefore Mine own arm brought salvation unto Me; and My fury, it upheld Me.”
The statements, “I have trodden the winepress alone,” “I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold” (all in the past tense) show the Savior’s zeal and determination to save His misled people at His first advent, though there was no one with Him to help; that is, all the priests and religious leaders – the General Conference of His day (the Sanhedrin) were against Him instead of helping Him in His work. But the statements, “for I will tread them in Mine anger, and trample them in My fury; and their blood shall be sprinkled upon My garments, and I will stain all My raiment; for the day of vengeance is in My heart, and the year of My redeemed is come”; and “I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold : therefore Mine Own arm brought salvation unto Me; and My fury, it upheld Me (all in future tense) — show the present church’s condition not only equally as bad as at His first coming, but even much worse. How true that history repeats ! As the day of vengeance approaches, those who are supposed to uphold and help in the work of redemption, the ministers and religious leaders, the antitypical Sanhedrin of today (the General Conference) are seen to be hindering, standing in His way of reaching the people. Thus they incur His displeasure, and necessarily He girds Himself to free His people from the hands of the unfaithful shepherds. They cause Him to stain His garments with their blood as He tramples them in His fury.
Isaiah 63 : 6 — “And I will tread down the people in Mine anger, and make them drunk in My fury, and I will bring down their strength to the earth.”
The Lord’s brief explanation of the situation is amplified by the prophet Ezekiel. Says He :
“He cried also in mine ears with a loud voice, saying, Cause them that have charge over the city to draw near, even every man with his destroying weapon in his hand. And, behold, six men came from the way of the higher gate, which lieth toward the north and every man a slaughter weapon in his hand; and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writer’s inkhorn by his side: and they went in, and stood beside the brazen altar. And the glory of the God of Israel was gone up from the cherub, whereupon he was, to the threshold of the house. And he called to the man clothed with linen, which has the writer’s inkhorn by his side; And the LORD said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof. And to the others he said in mine hearing, Go ye after him through the city, and smite: let not your eye spare, neither have ye pity: Slay utterly old and young, both maids, and little children, and women: but come not near any man upon whom is the mark; and begin at my sanctuary. Then they began at the ancient men which were before the house.”— Ezekiel 9 : 1 – 6.
Ezekiel’s prophecy plainly reveals that this cleansing work takes place in the church (Jerusalem), in the time to separate the unfaithful from among the faithful, the time to destroy the “tares” (Matthew 13 : 30), to cast out the bad fish (Matthew 13 : 47 – 49), to purify the church (Testimonies, Vol. 5, p. 80), to purify the ministry (Malachi 3 : 1 – 3); to cleanse the sanctuary (Daniel 8 : 14) — the Judgment work for the Living. The Spirit of Prophecy in our day has this to say :
“……But the days of purification of the church are hastening on apace. God will have a people pure and true. In the mighty sifting soon to take place, we shall be better able to measure the strength of Israel. The signs reveal that the time is near when the Lord will manifest that his fan is in his hand, and he will thoroughly purge his floor ……….
“Here we see that the church — the Lord’s sanctuary — was the first to feel the stroke of the wrath of God. The ancient men, those to whom God had given great light, and who had stood as guardians of the spiritual interests of the people, had betrayed their trust. They had taken the position that we need not look for miracles and the marked manifestation of God’s power as in former days. Times have changed. These words strengthen their unbelief, and they say, The Lord will not do well, neither will He do evil. He is too merciful to visit His people in judgment. Thus peace and safety is the cry from men who will never again lift up their voice like a trumpet to show God’s people their transgressions and the house of Jacob their sins. These dumb dogs, that would not bark, are the ones who feel the just vengeance of an offended God. Men, maidens, and little children, all perish together.” – Testimonies, vol. 5, pp. 80, 211.
And the Apostle Peter adds: “For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begins at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?” — 1 Peter 4 : 17, 18 —
Since God’s people of today are not in the land of Edom, south of Palestine, but are scattered throughout the earth, and since the Lord is to slay their enemies in order to free them, the truth is obvious : These are antitypical Edom and Bozrah.
After Esau of old sold his birthright for a mess of pottage he was called Edom; and the name Bozrah means “sheepfold.” Plainly, then, the Edomites of Isaiah 63 : 1 are those who in our day have sold their birthright, and who at the same time are persecuting (as did Esau persecute Jacob) those who have bought it, so to speak. Thus it is that as God’s people had to be delivered from the Sanhedrin in Christ’s day, they must now be delivered from the General Conference, the antitypical Edomite brethren, in order to be led into all Truth, and into their fathers’ land.
The words, “the year of My redeemed is come,” and “the day of vengeance is in Mine heart,” clearly says that the Lord’s strange work in Edom and Bozrah is the day of vengeance and a sign of antitypical Israel’s (the church purified) returning to the homeland.
(c) From the 2 Timely Greetings, No. 44, p. 38 is found the following statements :
“Here you note that when the time came there was not even one among His servants” (the Sanhedrin of today) to “uphold” the work of the harvest, and consequently the Lord Himself did the work without them.”
The anti-typical Sanhedrin in the time of the end does not mean only the General Conference of SDA, but even the reorganized body of the General Conference of SDA as well, which is the General Association of Davidian SDA, “who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day.” — The White House Recruiter, p. 33.
(d) And the work of the harvest consequently will be accomplished by the Lord Himself and those who were beforehand standing idle in the market place. Regarding this last company the servant of the Lord said :
“Not upon the ordained minister only rests the responsibility of going forth to fulfill this commission. Everyone who has received Christ is called to work for the salvation of his fellow men. “The Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hear say, Come.” Revelation 22 : 17.

This company is to be the last true Davidians indeed. They will be the result of sifting from among the Davidian Associations in the world, when the chaff categorized ones have been sifted out.
C o n c l u d e d
As consequences of all the facts prophesied above, then comes the prophecy of Jeremiah in the following words :
“Thus said the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited. Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is.” — Jeremiah 17 : 5, 6.
As well as the other prophecies of the Bible, the prophecy of Jeremiah would be effectively fulfilled in this time of the end. This prophecy began to meet its fulfillment the first time when the General Conference of SDA leadership began to reject Houteff and his message of the Shepherd’s Rod in 1929. Due to the rejection of the message of God, they later have been spewed out of Jesus’ mouth in 1935. And at the same time through His servant Houteff the Lord has established the re-organized General Conference of SDA in Waco, Texas.
Later after the death of the servant of God in 1955, even after the two fold blows knocking out the present truths believers after 1991, in Waco, Texas, then the application of the prophecy of Jeremiah becomes fully in force and effective for us. To this end the servant of the Lord said :
”We are warned not to trust in man, nor to make flesh our arm. A curse is pronounced upon all who do this.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 367. “God cannot glorify His name through His people while they are leaning upon man and making flesh their arm.”– 5 Testimonies, p. 729. “Satan is constantly endeavoring to attract attention to man in the place of God. He leads the people to look to bishops, to pastors, to professors of theology, as their guides, instead of searching the Scriptures to learn their duty for themselves.” – Spirit of Prophecy, vol. 4, p. 414.
The prophecy of Jeremiah has fully met its fulfillment in this time of the end. And we are bound by the law to obey it. However, it does not mean that we are no more bound to trust in all men and to make flesh our arm, as long as the men as the appointed agency of God have come “for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ.” – Ephesians 4 : 11 – 14.
