A Divinely Appointed Ministry

In the New Testament Era

The Apostle Paul:

“And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the  ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ : till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge  of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ : that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.” Ephesians 4 : 11 – 14.

* *

Paul is an appointed apostle of God, who was the latest called to the job by Christ  Himself when He was already back in heaven, after the year 31. He is the twelfth disciple called by Jesus to succeed Judas the traitor, who had ever since joined the Lord at his own will, without being officially appointed. This particular apostle has a background of hatred and enmity very serious against Jesus and His disciples, and he was also known of his cruel execution of the Christians, so that he was the man very feared by the disciples of Christ of the time. Prior to his calling to the apostleship his name was Saul. This name was retained up to the year 34 wherein he was also implicated in the execution of Jesus’ disciple named Stephanus, who was stoned to death in 34.  After being directly called by Christ to his newly appointed job, on his way to Damascus, his name was then changed to Paul. And ever since up to this time of the end he is well known among the Christians to be the apostle of Christ appointed specially for the salvation of the Gentiles.

The above statements in Ephesians 4 : 11 – 14 are actually applicable to the Church in the New Testament era, even to be fully applied in force to the Church of the Laodiceans. Since we are now living in the time of the end, which is the last part of the period of the New Testament, then Sister White also reminded us to the Paul’s statements by saying:

“God has a church, and she has a divinely appointed ministry. ‘And He gave some apostles; and some, prophets; and some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ …………..etc.“ Testimonies to Ministers, p. 52.

There are five functional jobs provided us by the Lord to be filled by His own appointees from among the members of His Church. Those appointees have been tasked to do two main jobs, namely: (1) Perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry, and (2) Edifying the body of Christ. Thus the objectives that should be achieved by those appointed with the jobs are:

(a) that we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge  of the Son of God,

(b)that we become unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ,

(c) that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.”

From those functional jobs: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, only the apostles have accomplished their jobs at the end of the first century. Thus there are only four functional jobs left. Of how the apostles have successfully carried out their jobs up to the end of their time, Sister White said:

“John. He witnessed the destruction of Jerusalem and the ruin of the stately temple. The last survivor of the disciples who had been intimately connected with the Savior, his message had great influence in setting forth the fact that Jesus was the Messiah, the Redeemer of the world.” – The Acts of The Apostles, p. 569

“Paul was imprisoned, beaten with the rods, stoned, and finally put to death because he was a faithful messenger for God to the Gentiles.”“Stephanus was stoned; James was slain by the sword; Paul was beheaded; Peter was crucified; John was exiled. Yet the Church grew.“ The Acts of the Apostles, pp. 575,  597.

That is, up to the end of the first century all the divinely appointed apostles have died, except John who was later exiled to the isle of Patmos. Since the Lord has appointed only twelve apostles, then with the termination of their jobs in the first century there would be no more apostles coming up after them. And that is why there are only four functional jobs left, which are the p r o p h e t s, the evangelists, pastors and teachers. The Lord Himself would fill those jobs with His own appointees from within His Church. And here we are to be very careful, to be always on alert, because Satan would have moved his own agents to fill the vacancies of those functional jobs. To this end the Lord has warned:

“The fact that one can pray and talk well is no evidence that God has called him. Everyone has an influence, and that influence should talk for God; but the question whether this one or that one should devote his time to labor for souls, is of the deepest important, and none but God can decide who shall engage in the solemn work. There were good men in the apostles’ days, men who could pray with power and talk to the point; yet the apostles, who had power over unclean spirits and could heal  the sick, dared not with merely their wisdom set one apart for the holy work of being mouthpiece for God. They waited unmistakable evidence of the manifestation of the Holy Spirit. I saw that God had laid upon His chosen ministers the duty of deciding who was fit for the holy work; and in union with the church and the manifest tokens of the Holy Spirit, they were to decide who should go and who were unfit to go. I saw that if it should be left to a few individuals here and there to decide who was sufficient for this great work, confusion and distraction everywhere would be the fruit.

“God has repeatedly shown that persons should not be encouraged into the field without unmistakable evidence that He has called them. The Lord will not entrust the burden for His flock to unqualified individuals. Those whom God calls must be men of deep experience, tried and proved, men of sound judgment, men who will dare to reprove sin in the spirit of meekness, men who understand how to feed the flock. God knows the heart, and He knows whom to select.” —  Testimonies, vol. 1, pp. 208, 209.

Since Jesus has said through His servant that: “God has a church, and she has a divinely appointed ministry. ‘And He gave some apostles; and some, prophets; and some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ ………….. etc.“ Testimonies to Ministers, p. 52. Then our Seventh-Day Adventist Church as the Church of the Laodiceans should have all the functional jobs of the divinely appointed ministry ever since the beginning, except for the apostleship. The Lord Himself should have appointed His men to fill the vacancies of the ministry.  That is why we are better to know first each of the jobs and its function, and furthermore to know better those who have been divinely appointed to the jobs in our midst.

The Prophets and their works

There are two generations of prophets known in the Bible, namely the Old Testament Prophets and the New Testament Prophets. In regard to the Old Testament Prophets, the apostle Matthew said: “FOR ALL THE PROPHETS AND THE LAW PROPHESIED UNTIL JOHN   (JOHN THE BAPTIST).” – Matthew 11 : 13.

Hence the prophets mentioned by Apostle Paul in Ephesians 4 : 11 would certainly mean only of the New Testament prophets, because their tasks are among others to edify the body of Christ. Christ’s name is known only in the New Testament Scriptures, and hence the prophets should have been in the New Testament era. And since all the prophecies of the Old Testament and the parables of Jesus are to be interpreted only in the time of the end, then the prophets mentioned  in the following prophetic words of Amos : “Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealed his secret unto his servants the prophets.” — Amos 3 : 7.  Would certainly mean of the New Testament prophets, who are to be living in the time of the end.

Furthermore for us now living in this time of the end, to know more convincingly of the divinely appointed prophets, the Lord through His servant Mrs. Ellen G. White gives us some of the criterions as follows:

“In the highest sense the prophet was one who spoke by direct inspiration, communicating to the people the messages he had received from God. But the name was given also to those who, though not so directly inspired, were divinely called to instruct the people in the works and ways of God.” – Education, p. 46.

“When God makes man to understand something which is beyond finite knowledge, the Bible terms the act, i n s p i r a t i o n.” – VTH. The Answerer, Book 4, p. 38.

From both statements above it could be concluded that for someone to be called “a prophet”, he or she must meet several criterions of those statements, which are among others :

(1)   Those messages of truth revealed by him must be naturally beyond his own capacity of knowledge. That means, either from his own  earnest and painful efforts, or of his back ground of knowledge and education, nothing could sustain him to come up to such a capacity to do the job of revealing so far the Biblical problems which are so deep, and so fast. So-that in the heart of the earnest seeker of truth the impressive words of admiration would by itself come out: remarkable, and what a miracle!

(2)    All the Biblical truths proclaimed should have come directly or indirectly by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit of God.  The directly inspired truths were generally come through visions when someone was in a trance, or at the time when he or she was preaching or writing the message.

(3)   The Biblical truths which come indirectly by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, were generally received when first the previous prophets and their messages have been investigated and received. So he or she would then be guided by the same Spirit of God to reveal more things that might be of more value to those to whom the messages were addressed.

Mrs. Ellen G. White, who was of only grade IV of the Elementary school education, who were sickly ever since her youth up to the time she died in 1915, has so far testified by  herself to be a prophet, who has been directly inspired of God. She has successfully written so many books of the Spirit of Prophecy publications during her life time, with no one writer neither in Laodicea nor in the Christian world could ever match her productivity up to this moment. And even Brother Victor T. Houteff, who was just received into the membership of Seventh-Day Adventist Church in 1919, with a background of no higher education. After digging deep enough into the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy of Mrs. White for about only ten years, he also has emerged ever since 1929 up to the time he died in 1955, as a divinely called servant of God, to provide us with the remarkable Shepherd’s Rod Publications, with all the interpretations of the Bible prophecies and the parables of Jesus, which have been presented us so systematically, historically, and law scientifically as well. Actually both the servants of God have proven themselves to be so remarkable to fulfill the following prophetic word of Amos:  “Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.” – Amos 3 : 7.

The Lord has revealed his secret in the Bible to Mrs. Ellen G. White and Brother Victor T. Houteff to have them documented for us in THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.  So up to the time they died, they have accomplished their allotted work of perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry, and of edifying the body Christ, which is the Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Nevertheless the work of perfecting the saints and of edifying the body of Christ must yet to be continued by another divinely appointed ministry. The evangelists, the pastors and teachers  are yet to accomplish the work in this time of the end., “till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge  of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ : that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.” Ephesians 4 : 11 – 14.

But how is the fact to be seen in the Seventh-Day Adventists churches now in the entire world?  Do we all have truly come “in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ: that we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive.”  Or just, to be on the opposite?  The servant of the Lord has warned:

“The conviction is gaining ground in the world that Seventh-day Adventists are giving the trumpet an uncertain sound that they are following in the path of world lings.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 86.

“What greater deception can come upon human minds than a confidence that they are right when they are all wrong? The message of the True Witness finds the people of God in a sad deception, yet honest in that deception. They know not that their condition is deplorable in the sight of God. While those addressed are flattering themselves that they are in an exalted spiritual condition, the message of the True Witness breaks their security by the startling denunciation of their true condition of spiritual blindness, poverty, and wretchedness. The testimony, so cutting and severe, cannot be a mistake, for it is the True Witness who speaks, and His testimony must be correct.” – Testimony Treasures, Book 1, p. 327, 328.

Who should be taken to account for all these odds in the churches today?  Since both the prophets, Mrs. Ellen G. White and Brother Victor T. Houteff, had died long ago without having committed any wrongdoing with their work, hence we have to investigate further the spiritual condition of the leadership of:

The Angel of the Laodicean Church,

who represents the Evangelists, the Pastors and  Teachers,

and their works

There are many ministers who have n e v e r been converted. They come to the prayer-meeting and pray the same old, lifeless prayers over and over; they preach the same dry discourses over and over, from week to week, and from month to month. They have nothing new and inspiring to present to their congregations, and it is evident that they are not eating the flesh and drinking the blood of the Son of man, for they have no life in them.” Review and Herald, vol. 2, p. 337.

Since we are now members of the last Church of God in the time of the end, whose prophetic name is the Laodicean Church, and then the prophetic name of her leadership, of those evangelists, pastors and teachers, would be: The Angel of the Laodicean Church. This is the angel that represents the General Conference of Seventh – day Adventist and all the evangelists, pastors and teachers in the world.

According to the prophecy, this Laodicean Church emerged in 1844. And the angel of the Laodicean Church was for the first time born in 1863, when the first General Conference of SDA was established in Battle Creek, Michigan, USA, in May 20 – 23, 1863. The establishers of the first General Conference were among others, Mrs. Ellen G. White and her husband Brother James White. This is according to her own testimony in the book, Testimonies to Ministers, p. 24 and other documented historical facts of SDA Church. From the documented historical facts  themselves could we know that Brother James White has ever held the presidency of the   General Conference twice, first in 1865, and secondly in 1868.

From the apostle Paul statements above, we know that the functional jobs of the General Conference of SDA and her ministry in this time of the end are: (1) perfecting the saints for the work of the ministry, and (2) edifying the body of Christ. Although both the prophets (Ellen G. White and Victor T. Houteff) are no more alive now, they are yet to be represented by their messages (the Spirit of Prophecy and the Shepherd’s Rod) to be taken with to accomplish the task of their functional jobs. Sister White during her life time has been  inspired  to  provide  us  with  “t h e   a l l   t r u t h” of John 16 : 13. Into her Spirit of Prophecy publications, and Brother Houteff  has been divinely  called  to  write  for  us ‘the  t h i n g s  t o   c o m e “in his Shepherd’s Rod publications. Both messages are now unified into THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY to meet the prophetic words of Zechariah chapter 4, and Revelation 19 : 10 margins. Both messages of those prophets of God are now enlightening the earth with their glory, beginning in our own Laodicean Church. Then what are the General Conference and her ministry to do for the salvation of our people in this time? To this end Sister White said:

“What is the work of the minister of the gospel?  It is to rightly divide the word of truth, not to invent a new gospel, but to rightly divide the gospel already committed to them.“ –– Review & Herald, Sept. 11, 1888.

That is, the gospel which has been completed arranged in THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY by both the prophets, and has been presented to the General Conference of SDA and her ministry in the world, is the only gospel that must be rightly divided in the churches in this time of the end. That is the only pure and untainted gospel  that must be divided in the churches “not by might (of the evangelists, and pastors and  teachers), nor by power (of the General Conference Leadership), but by My Spirit (testimony of which is THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY), thus said the Lord  of host.“ – Zechariah 4 : 6. (in brackets added).

“In ancient times God spoke to men by the mouth of prophets and apostles. In these days He speaks to them by the testimonies of His Spirit. There was never a time when God instructed His people more earnestly than He instructs them now concerning His will, and the course that He would have them pursue.”– Testimonies, vol. 5, p. 661.

Since the message of “Righteousness by Faith” presented to the General Conference of 1888 held in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA, has been rejected by the majority of those attended, then the angel of the Laodicean Church and all her ministry ever since have fallen in the sin of “spiritual lukewarm”. Whereas, we know for sure that she is the divinely appointed ministry   ever since the beginning of her establishment in 1863. Therefore her spiritual condition of not cold nor hot since 1888 must be the cause of an extraordinary transgression of the law of God. And even when the gold tried in the fire, and the white raiment, and the eye-salve, presented her later in 1929 up to 1935 through the message of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY (the combination of the Spirit of Prophecy and the Shepherd Rod) were also rejected, the result then became definitive, that the angel of the Laodicean Church and all her ministry must have been spewed out of Jesus mouth. This is to fully meet the words of warning in the prophecy of Revelation 3 : 14 – 20 and the consequences. This is what Sister White said:

“To those who are indifferent at this time Christ’s warning is: ‘Because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of My mouth.’ Revelation 3 : 16. The figure of spewing out of His mouth means that He cannot offer up your prayers or your expressions of love to God. He cannot endorse your teaching of His word or your spiritual work in anywise. He cannot present your religious exercises with the request that grace be given you.” –- 6 Testimonies, p. 408.

Evangelists are those who have been officially established and authorized by the Organization to rightly divide the gospel of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY to the people. Pastors are the evangelists who have been officially established and authorized by the Organization to lead his flock he has successfully gathered of his painstaking effort. Teachers are the evangelists or pastors who have been established and authorized by the Organization to teach Biblical doctrines in all the institutions of education. All those are the divinely appointed ministry, who are strictly forbidden to add or to subtract something from the gospel of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, which has been provided to them by the prophets of God, Ellen G. White and Victor T. Houteff.  They are not allowed of God to invent any new gospel of their own whatever impressive it may be. Since the beginning of our Laodicean Church the Lord Himself has appointed His men to occupy the four functional jobs left by the apostles in the first century. All of them have been the divinely appointed ministry to edify us as the body of Christ. But due to their own stubbornness to reject every new light presented to them through His servants the prophets, they have lost sight of  “the things to come” of John 16 : 13, and even be left alone by the Spirit of Truth to guide them into all truth of the Bible. They have been implicated in the unpardonable sin against the Spirit of God, and then to be spewed out of the mouth of Jesus for ever.

So with the establishment of the re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA, by Victor T. Houteff and his associates in 1935 in Waco, Texas, USA, to be The General Association of Davidian Seventh-Day Adventist, let us be convinced therefore that the new divinely appointed ministry of Brother Houteff, and his evangelists, pastors and teachers, have been ever since established.  This is the new divinely appointed ministry to succeed the old one, which have been discharged or “spewed out of His mouth” by the Lord due to their total failures. This is worthy of our attention why several years before hand, the Lord has inspired His servant Mrs. Ellen G. White to write in the Review and Herald, of February 25, 1902  to call for a spiritual revival and a spiritual reformation.

A Call for a

Spiritual Revival and a Spiritual Reformation

The servant of the Lord, Mrs. Ellen G. White addressed the following message to us here below:

“I am instructed to say that these words are applicable to Seventh-day Adventist churches in their present condition. The love of God has been lost, and this means the absence of love for one another. Self, self, self is cherished, and is striving for the supremacy. How long is this to continue? Unless there is a re-conversion, there will soon be such a lack of godliness, that the church will be represented by the barren fig tree. Great light has been given to her. She has had abundant opportunity for bearing much fruit. But selfishness has come in, and God says, ‘I ….. will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.’

God calls for a spiritual revival and a spiritual reformation. Unless this takes place, those who are lukewarm will continue to grow more abhorrent to the Lord, until He will refuse to acknowledge them as His children.

“A revival and a reformation must take place under the ministration of the Holy Spirit. Revival and reformation are two different things. Revival signifies a renewal of spiritual life, a quickening of the powers of mind and heart, a resurrection from spiritual death. Reformation signifies a reorganization, a change in ideas and theories, habits and practices. Reformation will not bring forth the good fruit of righteousness unless it is connected with the revival of the Spirit. Revival and reformation are to do their appointed work, and in doing this work they must blend.” – Review and Herald, February 25, 1902.

This is only a part of the whole call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation, we have quoted here.  The more deliberations would be specifically dealt with in another article. But for you to have an insight into the call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation; let us look into the following page!

A SPIRITUAL REVIVAL & A SPIRITUAL REFORMATION

Review and Herald, Feb. 25, 1902

We all have to know that up to the time Sister White died in 1915, the above call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation has not as yet been implemented. Most of our people even up to this very day were not yet aware of the Call existed in the Review and Herald, to be addressed to every one of us individually as well as to the General Conference leadership and their appointed ministry in the world. Do you think the Call could be left silenced up to time Jesus comes?  The servant of the Lord has reminded us in the following words:

“For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eather : So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth : it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper  in the things whereto I sent it.” – Isaiah 55 : 10, 11.

The rules to implement those instructions of the Call for a Revival and a Reformation were just given us in 1929 through the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 by Victor T. Houteff. This is to be understood because the Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation is not an independent message. It is closely interconnected with the other Bible prophecies to be interpreted by Houteff after 1929.  So with the coming of the complete message in THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY ever since 1929, then the Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation begins to be implemented with the establishment of the re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA in Waco, Texas, which is the General Association of Davidian SDA. Now we could have testified by ourselves that the Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation could only be proclaimed from Houteff’s Head Quarters of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA. And from the fact that General Conference of SDA and her ministry in the world are still rejecting obstinately Houteff and his Shepherd’s Rod message up to now, this is again to prove that the establishment of the re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA in Waco, Texas, USA is truly legitimate according to the law of God. Because, it would be impossible that the Call for a Spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation would have come from the General Conference of SDA and her appointed ministry, who have been spewed out of the mouth of Jesus.

With the establishment of the re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA in 1935, we would have two organizations of leadership of the Laodicean Church to represent God and His messages of Truth in this time of the end.  Is it possible for the Lord to let these two organizations of different doctrinal points of view, which are against each other, to represent Him and His Truth here in this time? Is it possible for the Lord to cancel His plan to spew out from His mouth the unrepented angel of the Laodicean Church and her appointed ministry? Is it still possible for the Lord to revise His Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation in these late hours of probation? “As the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not hither, ………..So shall My word be that goeth forth out of My mouth : it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall proper in the things whereto I sent it.”  Thus said the Lord through His mouthpiece Isaiah, the prophet (Isaiah 55 : 10, 11).

Re–Organization,

Resulted in the Establishment

of A New Divinely appointed Ministry

 to succeed the Old One

Prior to the Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation addressed to the General Conference leadership in 1902, the servant of the Lord has ever warned:

“You have no right to manage, unless you manage in God’s order. Are you under the control of God? Do you see your responsibility to Him? …………. That these men should stand in a sacred place to be as the voice of God to the people, as we once believed the General Conference to be, — that is past. What we want now is re-organization.” — General Conference Bulletin, 34th session, Vol. 4, Extra No. 1, April 3, 1901, p. 25, Cols. 1, 2.

Later in her more complete call for a spiritual Revival and Reformation in the Review and Herald, of February 25, 1902 Sister White again said:

God calls for a spiritual reformation. Unless this takes place, those who are lukewarm will continue to grow more abhorrent to the Lord, until He will refuse to acknowledge them as His children.  …… a reformation must take place under the ministration of the Holy Spirit. ……….  Reformation signifies a re-organization, a change in ideas and theories, habits and practices. Reformation will not bring forth the good fruit of righteousness unless it is connected with the revival of the Spirit. Revival and reformation are to do their appointed work, and in doing this work they must blend.” – Review and Herald, February 25, 1902.

Revival and Reformation are to do their appointed work as stipulated by Brother Houteff in the rules of implementation. And the rules could be found only in his book entitled THE LEVITICUS OF THE DAVIDIAN SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST, which is one of the Shepherd’s Rod publications.

Since the spiritual Revival and the spiritual Reformation have never been carried out in the Organization of General Conference of SDA, then according to the rules of implementation in the LEVITICUS OF DAVIDIAN SDA, Bro. Houteff and his associates should have initiated the re-organization by themselves by establishing the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA. The process of re-organizing the Organization of General Conference has been accomplished in about 1935. And ever since the same year or sometimes later the angel of the Laodicean Church and all her evangelists, pastors and teachers, should have been spewed out of the mouth of Jesus. So with the establishment of the new leadership consists of Bro. Houteff as the prophet, and the new evangelists, the new pastors and teachers of the General Association of Davidian SDA, to succeed the old one, these would be the only ones to proclaim the Call for a spiritual Revival and the spiritual Reformation more fully, up to the deliverance of the saints to the kingdom in Palestine.

Nevertheless we should not have thought the General Conference of SDA after her dismissal would have been banished from the face of the earth, because they only have lost their status as   citizens of the kingdom of God, and have their names taken out of the book of life in the heavenly court. As well as the leadership of the Protestant Church after the life time of Martin Luther, is still standing regally up to this day, so is the General Conference of SDA and all her institutions in the world. Nevertheless they are now lacking all the power of the Holy Spirit leading.

After the death of Luther as the first prophet and reformer of the New Testament era, the Protestant leadership then closes the door against every new message that has come to them in the name of the Lord. The consequence is that John Knox as the second prophet and reformer and his associates have to establish their own Church by the name PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH. And then emerged John Wesley and his Methodist Church, then Alexander Campbell and his Baptist Church, and William Miller and his First-Day Adventist Church, and the last Mrs. Ellen G. White and her Seventh-Day Adventist Church, all of which are still standing regally up to now. Thus is the historical background of the nominal Churches, which up to now are still standing regally upon the face of the earth.

That is not the will of the reformers or the prophets that closed the doors against every new message that had ever come after their life time. That is the resolution of their own fellow of the divinely appointed ministry of their times, who have later fallen in sin against the Holy Spirit, because they have rejected every new message presented to them during their life time. Thus is the historical background of the so-called divinely appointed ministries of the New Testament era, one succeeding the other up to this time of the end? The main cause of their falling away is because they have rejected every new light presented to them during their life time.  Let us therefore read carefully what Sister White said here below:

“The r e f o r m a t i o n did not, as many suppose, end with Luther. It is to be continued to the close of this worlds’ history. Luther had a great work to do in reflecting to others the light which God had permitted to shine upon him; yet he did not receive all the light which was to be given to the world. From that time to this, new light has been continually shining upon the Scriptures, and new truths have been constantly unfolding.“ — The Story of Redemption, p. 353.

After the establishment of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA, in 1935, and with so many booklets of the Shepherd’s Rod publications are now being distributed free of charge in most Seventh – day Adventist churches in the world, the merciful God is now calling you and me. We are to have a spiritual Revival with a spiritual Re-organized body of the General Association of Davidian SDA, so that all the instructions of the Lord could be taken into our practical religion as stipulated in the Review and Herald, February 25, 1902.

The Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation would have split the Laodicean Church of Seventh-Day Adventists into two classes of virgins, to meet the fulfillment of the parable of Jesus in Matthew 25 : 1, 2.  Those categorized as the five wise virgins are to welcome the Call to join in the divinely appointed ministry of the new re-organized body. While those categorized as the five foolish virgins, are to be fully dependent upon the spewed out angel of the Laodicean Church and her appointed ministry, to continue rejecting the Call for evermore. This condition of split would be the identity of the Laodicean Church of Seventh-Day Adventists as the only true Church of God in this time of the end. And this condition would hold up to the time of her purification as prophesied in Ezekiel chapter 9.

Under the Leadership of the

New Divinely Appointed Ministry

After the ORGANIZATION of the General Conference of SDA successfully being re-organized, then to the new ORGANIZATION should have been given a new identity. Therefore the name that was given is: THE GENERAL ASSOCIATION OF DAVIDIAN SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST. In the book, THE LEVITICUS OF DAVIDIAN SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST, Brother Houteff has revealed in the PREFACE of the book:

“Provisional in set-up as well as in name, the Davidian Seventh-Day Adventist Association exists solely to accomplish a divinely appointed work within the Seventh – day Adventist denomination, wherein it therefore strictly confines its activities. As its work there within  draws to a close , and the “servants of our God” (Rev. 7 : 3) are sealed, its name will be changed (Isa 56 : 5; 62 : 2; 65 : 15) and its purpose and its work will become all-embracing to the gospel (Matt. 17 : 11; Acts 3 : 21; Isa 61 : 4 – 7). Then its Constitution and the By-Laws as herein codified will become fully operative.”

The Preface has ushered in a number of rules of implementation, which have been arranged consist of The Constitution as the Basic Law and its By-law or the Rules of Implementation. This is to enable the Call for a spiritual Revival and a spiritual Reformation by Mrs. Ellen G. White in the Review and Herald, February 25, 1902 to be implemented. Based upon the Constitution and the By-law the re-organizing of the body of the General Conference of SDA has been accomplished into the General Association of Davidian SDA, which is now located in Waco, Texas, USA. Here below is the Chapter I and II of the Constitution.

Regarding the name and the objective of the re-organization he further wrote:

The Davidian Seventh – day Adventist

C O N S T I T U T I O N

A r t i c l e   I  :     N  A  M  E

S E C T I O N   1  :   This Association shall be known provisionally as The Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists, the prophetic offspring of the parent Seventh-Day Adventist, the Laodicean, church.

The Name, DAVIDIAN, deriving from the name of the king of Ancient Israel, accrues to this Association by reason of its following aspects: First, it is dedicated to the work of announcing and bringing forth the restoration (as predicted in Hosea 1 : 11; 3 : 5) of David’s kingdom in anti-type, upon the throne of which Christ, “the Son of David,” is to sit. Second, it purports itself to be the first of the first fruits of the living, the vanguard from among the present day descendants of those Jews who composed the early Christian Church. With the emergence of this vanguard and its army, the first fruits, from which are elected the 12.000 out of each of the tribes of Jacob, “the 144.000“ (Rev. 14 : 1; 7 : 2 – 8) who stand on Mount Zion with the Lamb (Rev. 14 : 1; 7 : 2 – 8), the reign of antitypical David begins.

The name Seventh – day Adventist, which this Association inherits from the parent denomination, is provisional (Isa. 62 : 2) and only for the duration of its work within the parent denomination.

S E C T I O N   2  :   The Associations literature, The Shepherd’s Rod Series, draws its title from the rod of Moses the shepherd of Median. In the exodus of his day, it was that rod which emancipated the children of Israel from the Egyptians and later smote the waters of the Red Sea, providing a haven of refuge for the fugitives and setting a death-trap for their pursuers. For this reason the literature takes the name “The Shepherd’s Rod” to identify and distinguish its special work, of which Isaiah wrote : “And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathos, and from Cush, and from Elam, and from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea” (Isa. 11 : 11); and to call attention to the singular fulfillment of Micah prophecy : The Lord’s voice crieth unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see thy name : Hear ye the rod, and Who hath appointed it.” Mic. 6 : 9.

A r t i c l e    II  :   O B J E C T

S E C T I O N   1  :   The object of this Association is to bring about among God’s people that reformation called for in the Testimonies for the Church, Volume 9, page 126 as the prerequisite movement to sounding the “Eleventh-Hour Call”  (Matt. 20 : 6, 7) of  “the everlasting gospel …… to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.” Rev. 14 : 6. Through this call, the Loud Cry of the three angels’ messages, it is to gather “the people of the saints of the Most High” (Daniel 7 : 27) into the kingdom “which shall never be destroyed …but ….shall break in pieces and consume all ….kingdoms.” Daniel 2 : 44. Thus it shall usher in the reign of Christ as Lord of lords and King of kings over all the earth forever and ever.

Regarding the divinely appointed ministry during the life time of Mrs. White, the office of Presidency of the organization of General conference of SDA was never occupied by her as a prophet. Therefore during her life time Mrs. White as a prophet never took the rein in her own hand to lead the Organization of General Conference of SDA. This is the reason why Sister White did not have a direct control on the offices of the General Conference Headquarters in the USA. The office of Presidency was occupied only by a pastor. But it was not so with the divinely appointed ministry in the time of Houteff. Because after successfully re-organizing the body of General Conference of SDA, he himself as a prophet of God had taken the rein in his own hand to lead the General Association of Davidian SDA up to the time he died in 1955.

Seventh-Day Adventist Leaders of all the world have ever testified by themselves that under the leadership of Victor T. Houteff up to the time he died in 1955, there was only one General Association of Davidian SDA found in the USA., with only one divinely appointed ministry, with Houteff himself as a prophet. The new message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 by Houteff, which has united itself with the third angel message of the Spirit of Prophecy by Mrs. White, has successfully penetrated into many parts of the Laodicea. Even INDONESIA as a non English speaking people, we have ever been flooded by the Shepherd’s Rod publications ever since 1950. Nevertheless long before he died in 1955, Brother Houteff had ever warned  of a danger that Satan would send a knock out blow upon God’s people of the” present truth” believers soon after  he  died.  And the knock out blow has caused God’s people as if falling unconsciously to the ground for a period of time. What is meant by the knock out blow?

The so-called

divinely appointed ministry of Waco, Texas

divided into several places

Long before he died in 1955 Brother Houteff ever warned us in the following message:

Everything that can be done against God’s message of today will be done with even a greater vengeance than was manifest against Heaven’s message in the days of Christ’s first advent, for the Devil knows that if he loses now, he loses forever — that he is to have no other chance. Unparalleled, therefore, is the urgency that every eleventh-hour church member now quickly and solidly brace himself against the Enemy’s effort to deliver a knockout blow. We must be alert, too, to realize that the blow is to come from surprisingly unsuspected foes — from professed friends of the gospel, who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day. It is, moreover, but to be expected that the Adversary will employ every agency possible to prevent the Lord from disclosing to view His now obscure 144.000 first fruit servants, who are to go gather in the second fruits (Revelation 7 : 9). The Enemy will try everything conceivable to confuse, becloud, and cover up the Truth, especially on the subject of the 144.000.” The White House Recruiter, p. 33.

There are four important points of the warning that must be carefully taken to be considered:

  1.         There is to come a knockout blow that caused the Davidian Seventh-     Day Adventists to fall spiritually unconscious for a period of time.
  2.           The same knockout blow would also come from surprisingly unsuspected foes, from professed friends of the gospel of the Davidian leadership themselves. That is, there is to come out from within the new divinely appointed ministry in Waco, Texas, the enemies of God and His truth.
  3.           The professed friends of the gospel or the newly appointed ministry in Waco, Texas, are well known of their honesty and services, but they are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day.
  4.              As agents of the Enemy they will try everything conceivable to confuse, becloud, and cover up the Truth, especially on the subject of the 144.000.

Point (1):

Not too long after Brother Victor T. Houteff died in 1955, Mrs. Houteff has emerged to succeed him, with a prophecy of her own invention. She then proclaimed to the people that the kingdom of the 144.000 would soon be established in 1959.  When her prediction failed to materialize, she then, as the highest official of the General Association of Davidian SDA, proclaimed to the public that all the teachings of the Shepherd’s Rod message are not sound. She then liquidated the Organization soon after that, and sold all of its assets and premises. And the General Association of Davidian SDA as the newly appointed ministry of God was then formally dissolved in 1962.  Such is the story of how the Devil has successfully sent his knockout blow upon the newly born five wise virgins, to cause them fallen unconsciously up to 1991, when the original premises were retrieved, and the General Association of Davidian SDA was again restored on its original location  in Waco, Texas, USA up to this day.

Point (2):

Ever since 1991 the Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists who have ever been scattered to several places in the USA and Canada returned to join in with the leadership in Waco, Texas. And here again, however, as ever warned by Brother Houteff. Satan would have inspired some professed friends of the Gospel of the leadership in Waco, Texas, to follow a very narrow minded fundamentalism, which at the outset seemed very good, solemn, pure, and sanctifying, because it very strictly restricts the evangelists, pastors, and teachers from digging too deep into the   Bible and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, to come out with too many private interpretations against the purity of the message. The ministry has been very strictly warned against writing any article without first obtaining a green light from the so-called the Biblical Research Committee, whose membership is the narrow-minded fundamentalists themselves. The consequences are very serious, because a great deal of doctrinal problems that have emerged here and there, the newly appointed ministry in Waco, Texas, lack the power to have them settled satisfactory to the people. The present leadership in Waco, Texas, always shuns answering questions from the fields, only because the availability of the message could not freely give them the answers without first making pains to dig deep into the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.

Point (3):

Long before Brother Houteff has warned : “We must be alert, too, to realize that the  blow  is  to  come  from   surprisingly   unsuspected  foes  —  from  p r o f e s s e d   f r i e n d s  of  the gospel, who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day.”

We must be alert, too, not only against Mrs. Houteff personally and her falsehood, but also against many more unsuspected foes, from professed friends of the gospel, who are now leading at the Headquarters of the Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas. USA. We must not be impressed by their painstaking efforts and sacrifices to get the message of salvation reached every one of us in the churches, because Houteff as the mouthpiece of the Lord has ever warned, that they are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day. They have followed the very narrow-minded fundamentalism of the priests in the past against Jesus and His disciples. So the type of what the narrow-minded fundamental priests did act against Christ in the past, the same narrow-minded professed friend of the gospel in this anti typical time of the end would also act against His Present Truth of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.

Point (4):

The fruits of the narrow-minded fundamentalism embraced by the present leadership in Waco, Texas would be clearly seen in the fact, that the leadership is truly lacking the power of the Holy Spirit. This is to be seen in their lacking the ability to distinguish between right and wrong. They even lack the ability to show us the spiritual identity of the wise virgins, who have guiles in their mouth (Revelation 14 : 4, 5). And they also lack the ability to show who are worthy to be deemed implicated in sins of Revelation 22 : 18, 19, and who are those to be categorized as “c h a f f.”

Since those “c h a f f“ and the “wise virgins having guiles in the mouth“ are to be found only in the midst of the Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists, how foolish they are if they could have talked so high as to make up the 144.000 and so on, whereas still lacking the ability to identify those evil elements in the midst of the Davidians themselves. Let us be alert too, dear Readers, because it might be possible that the unsuspected foes, the professed friends of the gospel, who are now leading at the re-organized body, the General Association of Davidian SDA in Texas, are themselves the c h a f f, or the wise virgins who have guiles in their mouth. Even they might be just the sinners who through their embracing of the narrow-minded fundamentalism of the priests in the time of Jesus, they would have been implicated in the sin of adding or subtracting something from the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY itself.

Nearly a century have past since Bro. Houteff and his associates have successfully re-organized the body of the General Conference of SDA in 1935 .into the General Association of the Davidian Seventh-Day Adventist. In the process of re-organizing according to the Constitution, there is to have a vacancy of Presidency to be filled. The vacancy for the first time was filled by Houteff, not because he is a prophet, but because the Presidency must be filled by at least a pastor.  With the passing away of Bro. Houteff in 1955, the Presidency was already vacant for more than half a century up to this very moment, only because the Lord has not as yet chosen a new prophet to fill the vacancy. Is this not a breaching of the Constitution that should be implemented that the Presidency of the top management must be filled? Since Houteff has become the last prophet in this time of the end, after serving his job in the Presidency for only 20 years, is it logical for us to take for granted that General Association of DSDA as an International Headquarters of God’s people on the earth for nearly a century  being without a President ? How many more centuries ahead the Headquarters of God’s people on earth should be without a President?   No wonder if Houteff should have said that:

It is, moreover, but to be expected that the Adversary will employ every agency possible to prevent the Lord from disclosing to view His now obscure 144.000 first fruit servants, who are to go gather in the second fruits (Revelation 7 : 9).”

Because how is it possible for the Lord God to have his 144.000 servants of the first fruits disclosed to view, to be edified with only incomplete “butter and honey” ?  Let it all be understood now, that as the result of the narrow-minded fundamentalism, which is so keenly embraced by those leading at the Headquarters of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA, up to now, there have emerged very sharp splits of opinion among  the Davidian SDA’s themselves in the world even up to this day. The Law and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY  that should have united the followers of Houteff ever to become of the same mind, seeing eye to eye, and speaking the same things,  the fact is just to be the opposite. This is just the spiritual condition of the five wise virgins or the wheat in this critical hours of the end, as long as the “c h a f f“ categorized elements are still dominating the Headquarters of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA.

Dear Readers! Since we could only be saved by obeying the Law and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY in their completeness, then those who dare to add or to subtract something from the words, due to their narrow-minded fundamentalism to maintain the purity of the message, they are just themselves that should be left behind. The servant of the Lord, Brother Victor T. Houteff, up to the time he died in 1955, has acknowledged only the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, to be the only divinely appointed ministry for the world in this time of the end. That is the reason why his warning in “The White House Recruiter, p. 33” would apply only to the present leadership in Waco, Texas, USA. The narrow-minded fundamentalists must first be found there, or else the fulfillment of the warning could not be recognized by all the present truth believers of God in the fields.

Why did the Lord permit

The division to happen among His people?

Soon after the servant of the Lord died in 1955, the so-called BRANCH DAVIDIAN SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST then emerged to be established in ELK, Texas, and USA. Later after Mrs. Houteff dissolved the original Headquarters of the General Association of DSDA in Waco, Texas, in 1962, there were coming up The General Association of DSDA located in Salem, South Carolina, USA, and several years later followed by The General Association of DSDA in Mountain dale, New York, USA. And just in 1991, the former General Association of DSDA could have been restored on its original location, after the assets and  premises be bought back by those, some of whom are now leading at the Headquarters in Waco, Texas, USA.

Due to the fact that God has only one re-organized body, which is the General Association of DSDA,  located in Waco, Texas, to be invested with all the truth of the Law and the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. No wonder if those words of warning by Houteff in The White House Recruiters, p. 33 would fully apply in force to the leadership of Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists in Waco, Texas only. And not to apply to the General Conference of SDA and her appointed ministry, nor to any other leadership of Davidian SDA elsewhere, because Brother Houteff said :

Everything that can be done against God’s message of today will be done with even a greater vengeance than was manifest against Heaven’s message in the days of Christ’s first advent, for the Devil knows that if he loses now, he loses forever — that he is to have no other chance.” The White House Recruiter, p. 33.

Therefore, let us not be confused by the immoral DAVID KORESH and his BRANCH DAVIDIAN SDA in ELK, TEXAS, USA, whose implication in the mass adultery in their headquarters and the criminal acts of shooting death the Federal Policemen in 1993; have caused themselves more than 70 in number burned to death by fire from nowhere. David Koresh and his Branch Davidian SDA were never known by Houteff. Therefore it would be impossible for the Devil to do any vengeance against him and his Branch Davidian, as well as against the General Conference of SDA and her appointed ministry.  The very shameful incident in 1993 has been unfairly used by the spewed out angel of the Laodicean Church and her appointed ministry as a pretext to condemn Houteff and his General Association of DSDA for teaching a falsehood up to now. But they forget that the Devil is no more against them, because God’s message of today is no more available with them.

The result of the narrow-minded fundamentalism and its extremes embraced by the General Association of Davidian SDA and her appointed ministry in the world today, is clearly seen in so many disputes and controversies in doctrinal points of view, that never could be satisfactory settled until the end of time. However, the loving kind Father of heaven, who would not let His children lost their way in such an hour of despair, has sent us the following message:

“God will arouse His people; if other means fail, heresies will come in among them, which will s i f t them, separating the c h a f f (not tares) from the w h e a t. The Lord calls upon all who believe His word to awake out of sleep. Precious light has come, appropriate for this time. It is Bible truth, showing the perils that are right upon us. This light should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a most critical examination of the positions which we hold.” – 5 Testimonies for the Church, pp. 707 – 708. (In brackets added)

The Davidian Seventh-Day Adventists are now in a very perilous time. Precious light of the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 that has united with the third angel message has come. “This light should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a most critical examination of the positions which we hold.”

Process of s i f t i n g and the result

With the coming of the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 through Brother Houteff and his Shepherd’s Rod publications in 1929, the General Conference of SDA and its appointed ministry began to be sifted. And due to their continual rejection of the message and its messenger, then in 1935 the General Conference of SDA and its appointed ministry, represented by the angel of the Laodicean Church have been spewed out of the mouth of Jesus. The result is that the new divinely appointed ministry has been established in Waco, Texas, to represent the five wise virgins or “the w h e a t” on the one side, and the spewed out angel of the Laodicean Church representing the General Conference of SDA and its appointed ministry on the other side, to represent the five foolish virgins or “the t a r e s”. This is the result of the first s i f t i n g, due to their rejection of the message which is now known as the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. This same sifting is also called by another name: “the shaking”. In the following quotation Sister White said:

There is to be a shaking among God’s people; but this is not the present truth to carry to the churches. It will  be the  result of  refusing the truth presented.  The  m i n i s t e r s should not feel that they have some wonderful advanced ideas, and unless a l l (ministers) receive these, they will be shaken out, and a people will arise to go forward and upward to the victory.” – 2 Selected Messages, p. 13. (In brackets added).

The second phase of the sifting is to take place within those who have been represented by the wise virgins or t h e  w h e a t. This is the particular sifting mentioned by Mrs. White in the Testimonies for the Church, vol. 5, pp. 707 – 708. And this sifting is to take place only within the ranks of the new divinely appointed ministry of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA, either after the death of Brother Victor T. Houteff, in 1955. Or after the restoration of the General Association of Davidian SDA Headquarters to its original location in Waco, Texas, USA in 1991. We are all now undergoing the sifting process ourselves and that is the reason why Sister White said: “This light (of the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY) should lead us to a diligent study of the Scriptures and a most critical examination of the positions which we hold.”

Why are the servants of the Lord using the “the wheat”, “the tares”, and “the chaff” as illustrations to draw our attention to the process of sifting? From her own pen we have quoted here below, Sister White said:

“The student should be led to see God in all the works of creation. Teachers should copy the example of the Great Teacher, simplified His teachings and impressed them more deeply upon the minds of His hearers. The birds caroling in the leafy branches, and flowers of the valley, the lofty trees, the fruitful lands, the springing grain, the barren soil, the setting sun gilding the heavens with its golden beams — all served as means of instruction. He connected the visible works of the Creator with the words of life which He spoke, that whenever these objects should be presented to the eyes of His hearers, their thoughts might revert to the lessons of truth He had linked with them.” – Patriarchs and Prophets, p. 599.

This is to understand that naturally the second phase of sifting could not be carried out within the ranks of those categorized as “t a r e s.” If the objective of the second phase sifting is to get those categorized as “c h a f f” to be identified to be driven out, then  the  sifting  must  be  carried  out  within  the  ranks  of  those  categorized  as “w h e a t”. This is natural, because the chaff itself comes from the wheat.

Cursed be the Man that Trusteth in Man

(Jeremiah 17 : 5)

“Each of the ancient prophets spoke less for their own time than for ours, so that their prophesying is in force for us.” – 3 Selected Messages, p. 338.

The prophetic words of Jeremiah were not belonging to his own time and people. They are addressed especially for the benefit of the people living in this time of the end. They are prophetic that are yet to be interpreted first by the divinely appointed prophets in our time, prior to the practical doing of the words. From the prophecy we read:

“Thus said the Lord; cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose hearth departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land not inhabited.”

“Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord, and whose hope the Lord is. For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.” – Jeremiah 17 : 5 – 8.

And from the interpretations given us by the servant of the Lord we have been warned:

“We must study the truth for ourselves. No man should be relied upon to think for us. No matter who he is, or in what position he may be placed, we are not to look upon any man as a criterion for us. We are to counsel together and to be subject one to another; but at the same time we are to exercise the ability God has given us, in order to learn what truth is. ………… We are warned not to trust in man, nor to make flesh our arm. A curse is pronounced upon all who do this.” – Testimonies to Ministers, pp. 109, 110, 367.

“God cannot glorify His name through His people while they are leaning upon man and making flesh their arm.” – 5 Testimonies, p. 729.

Satan is constantly endeavoring to attract attention to man in the place of God. He leads the people to look to bishops, to pastors, to professors of theology, as their guides, instead of searching the Scriptures to learn their duty for themselves.”The Spirit of Prophecy, vol. 4, pp. 413, 414.

However, we must also be very careful to the fact that the above statements by Sister white should not be taken against the afore mentioned one by her own pen, when she said:

“God has a church, and she has a divinely appointed ministry. ‘And He gave some apostles; and some, prophets; and some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ …………..etc.“ Testimonies to Ministers, p. 52.

Since God has a living Church upon the earth up to the end of time, so is His appointed ministry to exist. And though His earlier appointed ministry, which is the General Conference of SDA and all her ministers, have been spewed out of Jesus’ mouth, He is yet to have a new one, which is the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA. And now as long as those professed friends of the gospel, who are no less pious than were the narrow-minded fundamental priests in Christ’s day, are still leading at the Headquarters of the General Association of DSDA, we have been instructed and required to be always on alert, to not following in their paths. There are many more divinely appointed ministers outside Waco, Texas, now scattered in many places of the world that are to edify the body of Christ as ever before.

For many be called, but few chosen

(Matthew 20 : 16)

This parabolic word of Jesus is tightly connected with the following prophetic words of Revelation 14 : 1 and 4: “And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Zion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father’s name written in their foreheads. ……… These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are  v i r g i n s.

Due to the fact that Seventh-Day Adventist Church is now representing the ten virgins in this time of the end, then the 144.000 would be called out from among those categorized as the wise virgins only. And the wise virgins themselves are to be those who have been called to join in the new divinely appointed ministry of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA.

But how could it be that the few chosen of the 144.000 in number could come out of the present membership of only between 2000 and 3000 in number affiliated with the General Association of Dravidian SDA in Waco, Texas, USA, today? Could they be anticipated to come from other institutions, which have never before been acquainted with the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY?

Despite the present appointed ministry in Waco, Texas, has already lost the power of the Holy Spirit to accomplish their work on time, to meet the parabolic words of Jesus: “For many be called (to be Davidians SDA), but few (144.000) chosen, “the Lord has still reserved for Himself an unnumbered company of people, from whom His now obscure 144.000 first fruits will be disclosed to view.  Actually you and I are now called to act speedily without hesitating. Neither the General Conference of SDA in their lukewarmness of neither cold nor hot, nor the present leadership of the General Association of Davidian SDA with their narrow-minded fundamentalism, could be trusted anymore with the work of salvation. But only through such a simple ministry like this one through the web-sites and e-mails under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, more than a thousand every day would be disclosed to view. To this end the servant of the Lord said:

“God will soon do great things for us, if we lie humble and believing at His feet. …… More than one thousand will soon be converted i n  o n e  d a y, most of whom will trace their first convictions to the reading of our publication.”Review and Herald, November 10, 1885.

Due to the fact that the statement has never before been realized, then in the near future, through His own Spirit the Lord Himself will call out more than one thousand to be converted every day, most of whom will trace their first conviction to the reading of the publications of the Spirit of Prophecy and the Shepherd’s Rod books. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit it would be illogical for the coming newly converted ones to go to those “professed friends of the gospel, who are no less pious than were the priests in Christ’s day”, to feed on their narrow-minded fundamentalism, and then be disclosed to view as the first fruits chosen for the 144.000.

Dear Readers! Once again through the prophetic words of Jeremiah and also by Sister White we are warned not to trust in man of those who are now leading at the General Conference of SDA, nor to make flesh our arm of those who are now controlling the General Association of Davidian SDA in Texas. A curse is pronounced upon all who do this. “God cannot glorify His name through His people while they are leaning upon man and making flesh their arm.” – 5 Testimonies, p. 729.

A curse means sinning against the Holy Spirit. This is the unpardonable sin ever committed by those who persistently follow their own way against the will of God as presented them in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. The will of God as prophesied by His olden times prophets, would never return void unto Him. And this is confirmed by one of His prophets of old in the following words: “As the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, ……….. So shall My word be that goeth forth out of My mouth: it shall not return unto Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the things whereto I sent it.”Isaiah 55 : 10, 11.
