How do the Lord work to accomplish
the salvation of His Laodicean people
1. Timely Greetings Vol. 1, no. 18, p. 18 :
One of his sermons on November 23, 1946 on the subject : THE END OF HUMAN IDOLS AND THEIR WORSHIPERS, Bro. Houteff had ever quoted Zechariah 13 : 6, 7 and gave us his statement as follows :
Zechariah 13 : 6, 7 : “And one shall say unto him, what are these wounds in Thine hands ? Then He shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of My friends. Awake, O sword, against My shepherd, and against the man that is My fellow, saith the Lord of hosts : smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered : and I will turn Mine hand upon the little ones.”
From the fact that this prophecy had at last related to his own personality, that he did not comment too much further than only to say :
“I have no special comments to make on verse 6 and 7, other than what is commonly understood among Christians.”
As commonly understood among Christians, these verses first met their fulfillment in the time of Jesus at His first advent in the Palestine. And so as well as Jesus had died, His death at that time would be a type that should have met its antitype in this time of the end, when the prophecy of Zechariah should have fully met its fulfillment in this time of the end.
And since we are now living in the antitypical period of those prophesied just after the death of the servant of the Lord Bro. Houteff, let it be also understood that the sheep that would have been scattered should not be deemed similar to “the little ones”. Since the Lord would have turned His hand upon the “the little ones”, who survived the death of Bro. Houteff, and his General Association of Davidian SDA, then the little ones should unavoidably means all the Associations of Davidian SDA scattered in the world after the death of the servant of the Lord in 1955 and after the dissolution of the General Association of Davidian SDA in Waco, Texas in 1962 when the Mount Carmel Center and all its assets were sold to the Presbyterian Church.
2. The White House Recruiter p. 46 :
“….. In the last solemn work,” declares the Spirit of Prophecy, “few great men will be engaged. They are self-sufficient, independent of God, and He cannot use them. The Lord has faithful servants, who in the shaking, testing time will be disclosed to view. There are precious ones now hidden who have not bowed the knee to Baal. They have not had the light which has been shining in a concentrated blaze upon you. ……
“When trees without fruits are cut down as cumberers of the ground, when multitudes of false brethren are distinguished from the true, then the hidden ones will be revealed to view, and with hosannas range under the banner of Christ. Those who have been timid and self-distrustful, will declare themselves openly for Christ and his truth. The most weak and hesitating in the church, will be as David – willing to do and dare …….” – Testimonies, vol. 5, pp. 80, 81.
In his interpretation of those passages Bro. Houteff said :
The statements, “will be disclosed to view,” “precious ones now hidden”, and “hidden ones will be revealed to view,” nakedly unveil the fact that although the servants of the eleventh-hour are not now men of prominence, not persons now generally known, they will, nevertheless, assuredly come into their own, finally. This work of Christ’s righteousness, Brethren, will not appear so strange a thing to you when you consider that every male (save two) over twenty years of age in the Exodus movement after it crossed the Red Sea, perished in doubts, or in faultfinding against Inspiration, or in office seeking, or in craving for the flesh pots of Egypt, and that only the youth of the movement lived to cross the Jordan and to possess the Promised Land. These things, remember, “happened unto them for ensamples, for “types”, to admonish us now in the end of the world. 1 Cor. 10 : 11.
3. Timely Greetings, vol. 2, p. 24 :
“…….The Lord has faithful servants, who in the shaking , testing time will be disclosed to view. There are precious ones now hidden who have not bowed the knee to Baal. They have not had the light which has been shining in a concentrated blaze upon you. But, it may be under a rough and uninviting exterior the pure brightness of a genuine Christian character will be revealed. In the daytime we look toward heaven, but do not see the stars. They are there, fixed in the firmament, but the eye cannot distinguish them. In the night we behold their genuine lustre.” – Testimonies, vol. 5, pp. 80 – 81.
This is exactly what is happening right now : Those who are rejecting the message that is announcing the Judgment for the Living; those who “did not keep pace with the light,” and are satisfied to stay in antitypical Egypt; the Seventh day Adventists’ ministry are to be discharged (unhitched); and the “hidden” ones, those represented by the bay horses, the Davidian Seventh day Adventists’ ministry, are coming to the front. They are now being “disclosed to view,” and are getting ready to take the chariot ! Then as soon as they are told to “Go,” they will unhesitatingly and speedily move on “to and fro through the earth” with the message of the hour, the Judgment for the Living.” – Timely Greetings, Vol. 2, p. 24.
4. Testimonies, vol. 5, p. 80 :
“We have been inclined to think that where there are no faithful ministers there can be no true Christians, but this is not the case. God has promised that where the shepherds are not true He will take charge of the flock Himself. God has never made the flock wholly dependent upon human instrumentalities. But the days of purification of the church are hastening on apace. God will have a people pure and true. In the mighty sifting soon to take place we shall be better able to measure the strength of Israel. The signs reveal that the time is near when the Lord will manifest that His fan is in His hand , and He will thoroughly purge His floor.” – 5 Testimonies for the Church, p. 80.
5. Testimonies to Ministers, p. 300 :
“Let me tell you that the Lord will work in this last work in a manner very much out of the common order of things, and in a way that will be contrary to any human planning. There will be those among us who will always want to control the work of God, to dictate even what movements shall be made when the work goes forward under the direction of the angel who joins the third angel in the message (of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY) to be given to the world. God will use ways and means by which it will be seen that He is taking the reins in His own hands. The workers will be surprised by the simple means that He will use to bring about and perfect His work of righteousness.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 300. (In the brackets added)
Let us ponder for a moment !
The Lord God in His varieties of efforts to save His Church had reminded us, that the time for the purification of His Church of the Laodiceans is now very close to an end. There are only 144.000 in number from among all of us who are now living, who are to be delivered. The very sadistic events as those prophesied in Ezekiel chapter 9, Isaiah 66 : 16 – 20, and Malachi 3 : 1, 2 should have soon been fulfilled, and no more to be delayed.
Do you know that the number of SDA people registered in the books of Church membership has developed so rapidly to reach more than 12.000.000 souls at this time, or maybe has reached more than 18.000.000 souls. Since only 144.000 elected saints of God that should be sealed with the mark of deliverance in the future, to come out of all the calamities as those prophesied above, how few are they that would be saved ?
If the number of Church membership now has reached 12.000.000, then the portion of those to be saved will be 144.000 / 12.000.000 = 0,012, that is, that from every one thousand souls registered membership in the Church books, only 12 people that shall be saved alive. And when the number of Church membership has already reached 18.000.000, that would be, that from every 1000 souls registered in the Church books only 8 people will be delivered alive. It is very clear now that the more Seventh day Adventists have won souls into the membership of their Churches, the more people of the whole world would have been paganized by them. Thus those who are intelligent enough should have questioned within themselves : Who are they actually to represent now to salvage the world from its imminent doom in the near future as the result of sin?
The only “way out” for the Organization of the angel of the Laodicean Church is to return to observe the Call for a Spiritual Revival and a Spiritual Reformation by Mrs. White through the Review and Herald of February 25, 1902. This is the only “way out” that had been for a very long time failed to observe ever since the beginning.
And due to their failure to observe the Call for a Spiritual Revival and a Spiritual Reformation even up to this very day , that ever since 1935 when “Reformation” which means “Re-organization” should have been accomplished by Bro. Houteff, he then had established the Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas, USA in 1935 as a re-organized body of the General Conference of SDA.
Since the Lord God could not be represented here on earth by two organizations, who were against each other ever since the beginning, then ever since 1935 the Organization of the angel of the Laodicean Church should have been spewed out of His mouth. This is to meet the fulfillment of the prophecy in Revelation 3 : 16. This means, that the leadership of the Laodicean Church of SDA and all its ministers of the gospel in the entire world could no more repent. Because all that have been spewed out of the mouth of the Lord could no more be taken back.
And then ever since, will the prophetic word of prophet Jeremiah here below to have been fulfilled, when he said :
”Thus said the Lord ; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose hearth departeth from the Lord. For he shall be like the heath in the desert , and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.” – Jeremiah 7 : 5, 6.
The “man” mentioned in that prophecy is similar to ‘the tree’ in the midst of the garden mentioned by prophet Isaiah in Isaiah 66 : 17. Why is the man mentioned in the prophecies no more allowed to be trusted nor to be leaned upon ? The answer is, because ever since 1935 the leadership of the “man” that represented by the angel of the Laodicean Church has been spewed out of Jesus’ mouth for good. The servant of the Lord Mrs. White further said:
”We are warned not to trust in man, nor to make flesh our arm. A curse is pronounced upon all who do this.” – Testimonies to Ministers, p. 367. “God cannot glorify His name through His people while they are leaning upon man and making flesh their arm.” — 5 Testimonies, p 729. “Satan is constantly endeavouring to attract attention to man in the place of God. He leads the people to look to bishops, to pastors, to professors of theology, as their guides, instead of searching the Scriptures to learn their duty for themselves.” – Spirit of Prophecy, vol. 4, p. 414.
