The Spirit of Prophecy
is the only rules of implementation of the Law of God

The Basic Law and the By-laws
In the Bible
In deliberating the Bible as the Law of God, it is more easier for us to see the Bible through a scientific perspective. The Bible comprises the Basic Law of the Ten Commandments on the first place, and the By-laws of all the rules of implementation of the Basic Law on the second place. The Basic Law of the Ten Commandments accommodates only one or two pages of the Bible. But the By-laws of all the rules of implementation of the Basic Law have accommodated more and more pages, even more and more volumes of books or Scriptures to have them provided for us, through a very long time of many generations up to the time of the end of this world history. As the existence of God and His character are immutable, even so is the Basic Law of His Ten Commandments. They are immutable. The servant of the Lord said :
“The Law of God is as sacred as God Himself. It is a revelation of His will, a transcript of His character, the expression of the divine love and wisdom.” — Patriarchs and Prophets, p. 52. Whereas in regard to the By-laws, Moses, the prophet of old, ever wrote as follows :
“The secret things belong unto the Lord our God : but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” – Deuteronomy 29 : 29.
The function of the By-laws
Moses said that those things which are revealed in the Bible, as well as those revealed later in the time of the end, in the books of THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, belong unto the Israelites and to their children for ever, that they may do all the words of the Law of the Ten Commandments. Here again we see that the Law, which is the basic Law of the Ten Commandments is immutable. And those things that are revealed in the Bible as well as those revealed later in THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, belong unto the Israelites of God as the Rules of implementation of the Law of the Ten Commandment.
The Israelites in the time of Moses are the twelve tribes Israelites of the Old Testament. Their children in this time of the end are the antitypical Israelites of today, who are now in possession of the same Law of the Ten Commandments and the Bible which have been fully interpreted into THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. From the prophecy of Zechariah chapter 4 we have been informed of how the Bible has been fully interpreted into THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, to enable us to build our faith upon the true practical doing of the Law of the Ten Commandment.
Thus it is that through scientific perspective the Law of God as the Basic Law of the Ten Commandment could not go its own way apart from the By-laws of the whole Bible. In short, the Law of God and the Bible could not be separated from each other. This is the reason why in his prophetic statement, prophet Isaiah ever said :
“To the Law and to the Testimony : if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” — Isaiah 8 : 20
The prophetic words of Isaiah belong to the people of God in the time of the end. We are instructed, therefore, to speak always according to the Law of the Ten Commandment and according to the Rules of implementation of the Law in the Testimony. If we speak not according to this word, there would be no light found in us. That is, there would be no truth found in us. And we would be deemed liars.
Isaiah lived in the time of the Old Testament wherein the name of Jesus Christ was not as yet known among the people of God of the time. Though we fully understand the Testimony would surely be of Jesus Christ, and the Law and the Bible will be the only foundation of faith of the people of the time, let us find the more sure word of prophecy in the word of John the Revelator, when he said through the following words :
“And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the Commandments of God, and have the Testimony of Jesus Christ.” “……………for the Testimony of Jesus is the Spirit of Prophecy.” – Revelation 12 : 17; 19 : 10 (margin).
We are now to be more positive that even the remnant of the seed of the woman, who are now living in the time of the end, they are of the same identity, which keep the Ten Commandments of God and have the Testimony. And that the Testimony is of Jesus Christ. And this is the only Rules of implementation of the Law applied specifically in the time of the end by the name : THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.
N o t e !
The woman in the prophetic word, means the church. Her child means Jesus Christ., because Jesus was born of the woman. Her seed means the Christians. And the remnant of her seed is to mean those Christians who are to be left behind when the others would have been taken away.
In the book of Revelation of the apostle John, the whole period of the New Testament has been divided prophetically into seven periodical churches. He wrote the following words :
“I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day (Sabbath day), and heard behind me a great voice as of a trumpet, saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last : and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamus, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.” – Revelation 1 : 10 – 11.
Due to the fact that God has only one people and one Church on earth, then the seven prophetic churches mentioned above would inevitably mean the only Church of God that lived through the seven periods of time of the whole New Testament era. The Church at Ephesus was the first planted by Apostle Paul in the first century, thus said Mrs. EG. White, whereas the Church of the Laodiceans was founded by Mrs. EG. White in 1844.
Therefore it is justifiable if Mrs. White said that the remnant Church is the Seventh-day Adventist Church of the Laodicean period. Because of all the seven prophetic Churches in Asia, the Laodicean Church is the remnant. However, if we are to think that the dragon that was wroth with the woman is to make war with our Church of Seventh day Adventists, this is indeed very doubtful. You know why?
It is very difficult today to find in the Seventh-day Adventist churches all over the world, those people whose spiritual identity is to keep the Commandments of God and to have the Testimony of Jesus Christ, which is THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY. Nevertheless, there must be found in the Church among us a very small number of that people whose identity is the keeping of the Commandments of God and the having of the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY in their midst. This tiny group of people must unavoidably be found, because by their spiritual identification the Laodicean Church of God still exist up to this very moment. But after the sealing of the prophecy of Ezekiel 9 to be completed in the Church, then the dragon would have released his entire wrath upon the tiny group. And that is the so-called the time of Jacob trouble. All the Jacobites of the Lord must first suffer their ordeal before their deliverance to the Kingdom eternal in the Palestine.

The Law and the Testimony
are inseparable
Let us read together from the Bible the following words :
“IN THE Beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with GOD, and the WORD was GOD. The same was in the beginning with GOD….…………….
And the WORD was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father) full of grace and truth.” – John 1 : 1, 2, 14.
Read carefully the above scriptures and you will have to know that Jesus Christ is the WORD ever since the beginning. And as the WORD was ever with GOD the Father from everlasting to the everlasting, He Himself is also GOD. So is the WORD of God the Son to be with GOD the Father from everlasting to the everlasting.
If the WORD represents Jesus Christ on earth ever since the beginning of creation, then GOD the Father must inevitably be represented also by His Basic Law of the Ten Commandments ever since. So is the Basic Law of the Ten Commandments and the WORD of the Rules of implementation of the Law were ever since on earth inseparable up to this very moment.
Now let us again turn to Moses’ statement : “The secret things belong unto the Lord our God : but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.” – Deuteronomy 29 : 29.
Those things that were revealed ever since the beginning of creation in the Bible plus those things revealed later during the New Testament era in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY are the WORD. And they are JESUS CHRIST HIMSELF represented by the WORD.
As we are now living in the time of the end, wherein all the secret things of the Bible prophecies and the parables of Jesus in the New Testament, have been revealed in THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, what shall we do next? Shall we again go back to only the Bible and the Bible only as ever stated by most of the leaders from the pulpits ? That we may do all the words of the Law of the Commandments ? Mrs. E. G. White again has warned us :
“In ancient times God spoke to men by the mouth of prophets and apostles (in the Bible). In these days (in this time of the end) He speaks to them by the Testimonies of His Spirit. There was never a time when God instructed His people more earnestly than He instructs them now concerning His will, and the course that He would have them pursue.”– – Evangelism, p. 255, 256 (In brackets added).
Here again we have been informed that the Testimony of Jesus Christ, which is THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, is indeed the Testimonies of HIS (JESUS) Spirit.
THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY is not the Spirit of God nor the Spirit of Jesus. It is the written Testimony of His Spirit that comprises the message of the third angel of Revelation 14 and the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1. In regard to both the messages let us read further :
“And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.” – Revelation 18 : 1.
And the founder of the Church, Mrs. Ellen G. White, in her interpretation of the verse, ever said:
“Then I saw another mighty angel commissioned to descend to the earth, to unite his voice with the third angel, and give power and force to his message. Great power and glory were imparted to the angel, and as he descended, the earth was lightened with his glory.…………..This message seemed to be an addition to the third message, joining it as the midnight cry joined the second angel’s message in 1844.” – Early Writings, p. 277.
Seventh-Day Adventists should have known for sure that the third angel’s message of Revelation 14, symbolizes the message of the Spirit of Prophecy by Sister Ellen G. White. The Spirit of Prophecy alone is not powerful enough to enlighten the earth. It must be combined with the message of the Shepherd’s Rod of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 by Brother Victor T. Houteff. So by the combination of those two messages in the so-called THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10 (margin), then is the earth to be enlightened, beginning in our own Church of Seventh – day Adventist. Only then could we say as did the prophet David of old, when he said : “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” – Psalm 119 : 105.
JESUS :
“If ye love Me, keep My Commandments !”
When the WORD was made flesh and dwelt in the Palestine for several years He ever communicated with the disciples and said : “If ye love Me keep My commandments !” (John 14 : 15). He did not say that if we love Him we also have to love each other more and more to maintain peace and order in society. He only emphasized on the Law of the Ten Commandments to be obeyed.
Whereas today, even up to this very moment all Christian Churches in the world, including our own Church of Seventh-day Adventist, are competing among themselves to preach the l o v e and p e a c e which they unwittingly have deemed to be Jesus and His love that must be proclaimed unto the whole world to hasten His second coming to the world. They actually compete among each other to show to the world who are the most competent to represent Jesus and His love in the world today. Thus it is, instead of preaching the Law of the Ten Commandments and its Rules of Implementation in the Testimonies of Jesus Christ which is THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, they are so serious unwittingly teaching the love of human cultures for the love of Jesus.
Therefore, instead of teaching the love of Jesus as those specified in the Ten Commandments and through its interpretations in THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY, they only embrace Jesus’ teachings and all His activities during the 33 years of His short mission on earth in the Palestine.
“IN THE Beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with GOD, and the WORD was GOD. The same was in the beginning with GOD…….…………
And the WORD was made flesh, and dwelt among us.” Thus said the apostle John.
If Jesus is truly the WORD ever since the beginning, then He must be known among us according to the WORD that represents Him ever since the beginning of creation. Therefore, His teachings and activities during His short stay in Palestine are not yet enough to represent Him as the WORD. Let alone to be the whole Rules of Implementation of the Law for us in this time of the end.
Testimony of Jesus Christ
consists of the All Truth and the Things to come
Jesus was succeeded by the Holy Spirit when He left His disciples to return to His Father. To that end He then said :
“Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth : for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak : and he will shew you things to come.” – John 16 : 13.
When Jesus was on earth in the Palestine, His testimony came right out of His own mouth to the people. But after leaving them to return to His Father, only through the Spirit of Truth could He communicate with men even up to now. John said that the Spirit shall not speak of himself, but whatsoever he shall hear (from Jesus), that shall he speak. The Spirit shall speak to guide men into all truth and to show them the things to come. But to whom shall the Spirit of truth speak? We must be careful that God has an agency to speak to in the time of the New Testament. It is the divinely appointed ministry mentioned by Apostle Paul in the following words,
“And he (Jesus) gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ — Ephesians 4 : 11 – 14.
Not every minister of the gospel today could be deemed a divinely appointed minister as long as he still lacks the knowledge of the testimony of Jesus Christ, which has been now developed to be the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.
We must be sure, therefore, that the Spirit was first to speak to Jesus’ own disciples, who were later become His apostles of the New Testament. And through the apostles the New Testament Scriptures of the all truth have been provided for us as the testimony of Jesus Christ.
And due to the fact that the testimony of Jesus Christ did not stop with the New Testament Scriptures only, then we have to conclude that all the teachings by the New Testament prophets : Dr. Martin Luther, John Knox, John Wesley, Alexander Campbell, William Miller, Mrs. Ellen G. White, and Victor T. Houteff, should inevitably be also categorized in the testimony of Jesus Christ. This is the case that also should be considered, because Mrs. Ellen G. White ever said :
“The reformation did not, as many suppose, end with Luther. It is to be continued to the close of this world’ history. Luther had a great work to do in reflecting to others the light which God had permitted to shine upon him; yet he did not receive all the light which was to be given to the world. From that time to this, n e w l i g h t has been continually shining upon the Scriptures, and new truths have been constantly unfolding.” – The Story of Redemption, p. 353.
This is to prove that the Spirit of truth has also spoken to the New Testament prophets, to enable them as reformers to restore the all truth that have been ever abused and darkened by the Roman Catholic Church and their Pope during the dark ages of religion, from the year 538 to 1798. The Roman Catholic persecution of Christians during the dark ages was so cruelly, that millions of Christians had lost their lives as martyrs. This dark pages of the New Testament history of the Church have been nearly forgotten by most of our people, whereas Jesus Himself had ever beforehand documented the darkest historical event for us in the following words :
“For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved : but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” – Matthew 24 : 21, 22.
The servant of the Lord Mrs. White had explained the Matthew’s statement for us in the following words :
“The period here mentioned — “forty and two months”, and “a thousand two hundred and threescore days” — are the same, alike representing the time in which the church of Christ was to suffer oppression from Rome. The 1260 years of papal supremacy began in A.D. 538 and would therefore terminate in 1798.
“The persecution of the church did not continue throughout the entire period of the 1260 years. God in mercy to His people cut short the time of their fiery trial. In foretelling the “great tribulation“ to befall the church, the Savior said : “Except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved : but for the elect’s sake those days shall be shortened.” Matthew 24 : 22. Through the influence of the Reformation the persecution was brought to an end prior to 1798.” — The Great Controversy, pp. 266, 267.
It was through the influence of Reformation pioneered by Dr. Martin Luther that the persecution was brought to an end in the year 1500. Martin Luther is known up to now as the father of Protestant Reformation. If Mrs. E. G. White as a divinely appointed prophet is the founder of our Church of Seventh – day Adventist, then Dr. Martin Luther as the founder of the Protestant Church or the Lutheran Church must unavoidably be also the appointed prophet of God.
The all truth :
The all truth that have been restored through the reformatory effort of the divinely appointed servants of the Lord, are as follows :
Due to the principle that every New Light would never discard the Old Light, we may be assured Ellen G. White and her publications of the Spirit of Prophecy would have certainly accommodated the all Truth restored by her predecessors mentioned above. This is also to meet the fulfillment of the prophecy of Zechariah 4. To that end she said : “READ AND STUDY THE FOURTH CHAPTER OF ZECHARIAH 4!” – Testimony to Ministers, p. 188.
The things to come :
The things to come were actually not as yet available until the time of the end. The things to come of those that deal with the prophecies of the Old Testament and the parables of Jesus in the New Testament, were first mentioned by Mrs. White to be the new light or the new truth which was to come after her life time. Therefore, the new light that came in 1929 through the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1, by Bro. Victor T. Houteff in his publications of the Shepherd’s Rod should be categorized in “The things to come” of John 16 : 13.
Now since the Testimony of Jesus Christ, in the all truth as well as in the things to come may not be separated, then the following word of Mrs. White must be fulfilled :
“Then I saw another mighty angel commissioned to descend to the earth, to unite his voice with the third angel, and give power and force to his message. Great power and glory were imparted to the angel, and as he descended, the earth was lightened with his glory.…………..This message seemed to be an addition to the third message, joining it as the midnight cry joined the second angel’s message in 1844.” – Early Writings, p. 277.
The message of the third angel of Mrs. White (with all the restored messages of her predecessors, the reformers) must yet be given power and force by the message of the mighty angel of Revelation 18 : 1. Or else our people and all the earth could not be enlightened with the glory of the truth.
The things to come of the powerful angel of Revelation 18 : 1 are now united with the all truth of the third angel of Revelation 14 in the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY .
The testimony in the time of prophet Isaiah (Isaiah 8 : 20) was first developed to the Testimonies of Jesus Christ. (Revelation 12 : 17). And when the all truth and the things to come have been successfully united, then their name would have to be developed to THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.
Keeping the Commandments of GOD
means having the practical doing of the SPIRIT OF PROPHECY
As well as Jesus the WORD was ever with GOD the FATHER from everlasting to the everlasting, so is the Commandments of God and the Rules of Implementation in THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY could not be separated from each other. GOD the FATHER is now represented among us by His Ten Commandments, whereas Jesus Christ is now represented by THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY.
Though the Ten Commandments of God is immutable from everlasting to the everlasting, THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY is a product of a changeable testimony of Jesus Christ, that has ever been changeable for several times up to this time of the end, when the last message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 by Bro. Houteff came to join with the three angels’ messages of Revelation 14 by Mrs. White. Now we are nearing the end of our journey, either to be delivered to the Kingdom eternal in Palestine to be readied for welcoming the Lord at His second coming, or else to be lost for ever in the slaughter of the prophecy of Ezekiel 9.
We cannot worship the Lord with only the Commandments and the Bible in hand, not even with only the Commandments and the Bible and the Spirit of Prophecy of Mrs. White, whereas the Shepherd’s Rod message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 be left out nowhere. Because such practical doing of the word is illegal, and even not scientific as well. This is the reason why the servant of the Lord pleads with us the following words :
“My dear brethren and sisters, let the commandments of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ be in your minds continually and let them crowd out worldly thoughts and cares. When you lie down and when you rise up, let them be your meditation. Live and act wholly in reference to the coming of the Son of man. The sealing time is very short, and will soon be over. Now is the time, while the four angels are holding the four winds, to make our calling and election sure.” – Early Writings, p. 58.
The testimony of Jesus Christ in the time of Mrs. White was still limited to only the three angels’ messages of Revelation 14. Mrs. White died in 1915. And the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 came for the first time in 1929. We are now living in the time wherein both the messages of Revelation 14 and Revelation 18 : 1 have now mingled in the so-called THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY of Revelation 19 : 10 (margin).
So the testimony of Jesus Christ is no more now limited to only the Spirit of Prophecy of the message of the angel of Revelation 14 by Mrs. E. G. White. After the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 came in 1929 to join with the third angel’s message of Revelation 14, we then now are in possession of all the Rules of Implementation of the Law. In other words :
When the Commandments of God and THE SPIRIT OF PROPHECY become our meditation, then we will understand that the sealing and the slaying of those prophesied in Ezekiel 9 will soon to take place.
Conclusion
It is an undeniable fact to conclude, that as long as we are still lacking the power and force from the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1 to sustain the Spirit of Prophecy of the third angel message of Mrs. E. G. White, no one in the Church, either at the Headquarters of the General Conference of SDA, nor in any Regional Conference in the world, whomsoever he is and in whatever position he might be, could ever be able to comprehend the publications of the writings of Mrs. E. G. White satisfactorily. Let alone to have understood the message of the angel of Revelation 18 : 1. From the prophetic word of prophet Isaiah addressed especially to the Laodiceans of the time of the end, we read :
“To the Law and to the Testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.”– Isaiah 8 : 20.
